Unbelievably Firm

We tried this mattress but had to return it after the second night. It was like sleeping on the floor. Sam's Club gave us no problems with the return.

Mattress "tacos" after a year

I have had this mattress just over a year. A couple months ago it started sink in the middle, causing you fall towards the middle of you sleep on one side. This makes it very difficult to sleep.

Great sleep for the obese

I weigh about 450lbs. I usually wake up every 1 1/2-2 hours in my old mattress. Since day one I've slept through the night peacefully waking up only once a night.

not a 12” mattress

The mattress is comfortable and does not have the chemical smell some alluded to. It is not a 12” mattress as advertised. I have had it for almost a week and it is 10.75 inches.

Verified Purchase

Serta bed in a box does not expand as it should we

We bought a 12 inch serta sleep to go mattress and it only measures 10 and a half inches we have been told nothing can be done about this.. Garbage product don't buy...!!

Bad choice!

I bought this mattress 3 months ago and it's already sagging and soften. My back hurt so bad, I couldn't get up in the morning. I has 10 year warranty but only after 3 months it's sagging and deformed. Don't buy it or you'll be sorry.

We have these mattresses in all our rooms and all our kids and guests absolutely love them! We should be sales people for these because so ment people that have came to stay with us end up pitching these mattresses

BUYER BEWARE: Never received.. Sams won't cancel,

I ordered this mattress because I needed it for surgery recovery. I never received it, Sams said I can't return it through them, it has to be with Serta even though Sams charged my account. Gave me phone number with no resolution.

FIBERGLASS

This mattress contains FIBERGLASS. Below they stated they do not but we quickly learned last night that they do. My son, my husband and I woke up all itchy because of it. NOT OKAY

Hi there, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the mattress. For context, the Fire Barrier serves one primary function, to prevent the spread of fire. Two components help to achieve this. A char layer which creates a non-toxic barrier to oxygen and para-aramid fiber which combines strength and thermal protection for the mattress core.In some instances, we’ve elected to use a fire barrier made of para-aramid fiber (i.e. continuous glass filament) in lieu of harmful fire retardant chemicals.This layer does not contain known harmful chemicals and is non-toxic. The fire barrier is intentionally designed to meet US fire safety laws without being seen or felt, but to very much be helpful in the event of a fire. It is typically sewn into the mattress panels, or placed on like a sock around the product, depending on the type of mattress you have.Our best recommendation is to keep the cover on the product as suggested on the tag, and this will help to avoid any damage to the fire barrier.
