We bought both a queen and king size of this mattress in 2012. They are so comfortable we bought another for another guest area.

It takes about 12 hours to fully come out. It is comfortable. It was an easy transition from our old mattress. We are enjoying it.

Bought this mattress a few weeks ago online sale and it has lived up to its expectations. Comfortable, soft, but firm once you lay on it.

Easy set up. A little firmer than I like, but the longer you lay in the bed you can feel the memory foam set you in place

This 12" mattress is so comfortable and really comfortable for my lower back. I can actually sleep great again. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I wish I would of believed the reviews, not sure what it is but this mattress is firm yet it sinks half your body. Hard to explain, when we wake up our backs are so sore. I really regret getting rid of our old one for this. Wasted money

I bought this mattress 3 months ago and it's already sagging and soften. My back hurt so bad, I couldn't get up in the morning. I has 10 year warranty but only after 3 months it's sagging and deformed. Don't buy it or you'll be sorry.

I was skeptical about this mattress but it is very comfortable. I bought it for a second home so haven’t slept on it more than a weekend but so far so good

I bough a queen and a King they are both as hard as a rock, I was expecting something a lot better form Serta and It’s 10” not 12” they both are going back to Sam’s club. What a waist of time having to bring them back to Sam’s.

I have had this mattress just over a year. A couple months ago it started sink in the middle, causing you fall towards the middle of you sleep on one side. This makes it very difficult to sleep.
