I am so glad I bought this mattress. It filled out perfectly right out of box. Not as firm as expected. But it forms right to your body and gives firmness and support where needed. Absolutely love it!!!!

Got the 12 inch queen size and its exactly what I was looking for, I wanted gel memory foam but most are too plushy. This is quite firm so if you don't like firm don't get it. Very comfortable and good price point!

We purchased for a guest room and found it comfortable but specs say it is 12" tall. We only got to 9.5" following the directions exactly. After it went on sale at Sam's, customer service refunded the sale difference and we called it even.

I’d rather sleep on the floor than this mattress. My back pain is terrible. I’m a side sleeper and I’ve had this mattress for 4 nights and it’s taken everything in me to try and fall asleep. 0/10.

Not recomended. Your body will sink creating back paind and body aches. 3 different people in my house tried and said the same thing " you'll sink while sleeping".

This mattress came in a box about 12x12x36. It was rolled up And shrink wrapped tightly. The minute I cut the wrap it began to expand and within an hour I was making the bed and slept on it that night. No smells related to the mattress. SO comfortable- So comfortable.

This is like sleeping on a table or slab of cement. The foam is too dense for lighter frame people. I feel like I'm on up hard a counter. There is NO PRESSURE RELIEVING points when you sit atop this. To make things even worse, this foam mattress is so hot I believe in spontaneous human combustion now. I bought this a month ago and wake up every morning sore and stiff, and because of covid I waited on the phone for 47 min to get someone who ultimately told me to call local club, which was horrible at customer service for me. I would never recommend this bed, or buying in-club in case you ever need assistance because this 100% Serta guarantee is sketchy if "not bought on-line". I feel the Sam’s Club Member Services AND the members-only Serta hotline Serta Mattress Specialists should have a much better system to assist members than I have experienced.

Came with big stains

This mattress is one of the best mattress I have every owned. The sleep has been pure bliss. I also bought My Pillow, pillow set with my new mattress. I never believed pillow's could add such a boost to my over all sleep quality. Between the mattress and the pillows, my sleep is now 'healing sleep'. I wake up rested without stiffness. I recommend this mattress, and if you buy one, add the My Pillow, pillows, it really makes a difference in the quality of your sleep.

My husband and I bought this mattress almost a week ago in hopes of a better night's sleep. This mattress has made me want to do anything but sleep in it. If you like sleeping on hard floors than you will love this mattress. I believe it also states cooling gel or something along those lines, and definitely not. We needed something a bit more firm than what we replaced, but still semi soft to at least feel as if we're still sleeping in a bed due to my spine and neck injuries years ago. I honestly think prisoners have a better sleeping pad than this. Complete disappointment and going to see if I can return, if not get rid of it. I won't be purchasing a serta again.
