It was so EASY to install from the way it was packaged, to the rollers on the box, to maneuvering the mattress into place and then letting it expand. Grateful to Serta for that.

Purchased this about 3 months ago. Very convenient to ship and easy to unpackaged. Mattress immediately went into correct shape and form. We used on a platform bed so did not need a box spring. Very comfortable so far and good price for value.

Sadly this mattress turned out to be less comfortable then the Serra mattress I was hoping to replace. Back aches returned, and very soft edges, not happy with the purchase.

Bought 2 mattress for both of my guest rooms. The first guests on each bed said it was really comfortable and they slept great. I feel well worth the money.

When you sit on the side of bed it feels very firm. When you lay on it, it feels very firm, then you sink down in it and it feels great. A good buy for the price.

Nice and firm but not too hard. I have a bad back so I usually wake up stiff and sore in the morning. This mattress has greatly reduced that and I usually wake up pain free.

Very good so far, my thickness is only 12 inches after 2 weeks but don’t think it would change comfort much. Will note it is a little warmer than conventional mattress. Too early to recommend.

Very disappointed waited at least 10 hours since we left the house and it never passed 10” definitely not the 12 they claim. Quite hard too not as soft as others very poorly described

I purchased this mattress in 2021, and for the price, it was a decent option that provided good support initially. As a heavier sleeper (5'4", 250 lbs at the time), I noticed it began losing support after 1 to 2 years, leading to more back, hip, and sciatica pain. I've continued using it because the discomfort wasn't constant, and after losing weight, it felt better for a while. However, after nearly five years, I've decided to replace it. The mattress no longer feels as supportive as it once did, even when sleeping on different areas of the bed. Overall, it's not a bad mattress for the price, but I wouldn't recommend it for heavier individuals or anyone needing long-term support for back, hip, or sciatica issues.

I would like to rate higher but I bought a 12” mattress and this is definitely a 10” mattress. It’s been two weeks and it will not get any bigger. Unfortunately, I needed a mattress ASAP and don’t have the option of returning. I went with Serta because of the name brand. Never again. Should have read the reviews in greater depth as many said the same thing.
