Quality product and everyone' favorite

Great flavor and easy to prepare. Lasts a long time in freezer if stored in plastic bag.

Fatty Brisket

We buy 30 lbs of brisket for homeless shelter. Maybe 1 out of 4 is decent quality. The others requires a lot trimming of fat.

Over the Top Good Brisket!

I bought this for a Christmas party and everyone complimented me on how good it was. The only BBQ brisket that we had this year that was better was my brother-in-laws, but that's not fair. : )

This is really good.

I smoke my own meats, but this is just a great brisket. You can't beat it for the taste, for the convenience, and for the price. It could use a little trimming-up in a few spots before serving. There may be small amount of fat attached to the outside, however, the vast majority of fat has been trimmed away. And that is a huge improvement over the 30 to 60 percent fat content that is on an uncooked brisket. I put this brisket in an oven roasting pan, drench it in a strong beef bullion, and heat at 325 for an hour or so. Then serve on a lightly toasted hoagie bun with lots of provolone - makes a fantastic French-dip sandwich! 01/07/2018

DO NOT BUY

I purchased this brisket to serve to company. You can expect briskets to have a bit of fat on them, but this one was almost all fat. To make matters worse, at the bottom of the brisket, on the black side of the packaging not visible to customers, was a vertical strip of fat about 2-3" wide that ran all the way on the long side of the brisket, obviously included in the package to inflate the weight. The offending strip of fat weighed 10.7 ounces. I find this misleading ... no, deceptive! This is not a product I will ever buy again.
