Awesome select of meat!

Our employees love this stuff. I still like my own slowroasted ,but you can't beat the convenience of this already smoked, ready to be heated.

Net weight was 6.82 lbs. Price/lb was $10.68 (After leaving some for flavor, the removed excess fat weight = 1lb 12oz) That's about $18.69 for just fat. And of course, their packaging concealed that fact.

This brisket is terrible. It is not cut properly-against the grain so it's tough, chewy and stringy. It's like chewing on rubber bands. I think they cut it this way to make the pieces longer. Ick.

This is the best meat you can get next to grilling your own. Nice cut and juicy

The best Brisket! It is pricey but worth it.

This was very tough, but not very tasty. I made it for July 4 get together and no one liked it.

How is this so good?

Hidden by selective packaging techniques at least 30% is fat. I enjoy fatty meat, I enjoy brisket. But this was over the top and adding the fact that it is well hidden from the consumer is just wrong. Thought I would use this to feed my family a convenient fast meal on a busy night. We did enjoy the few pieces of it that resembled brisket. Next time I'll be smoking my own.
