Net weight was 6.82 lbs. Price/lb was $10.68 (After leaving some for flavor, the removed excess fat weight = 1lb 12oz) That's about $18.69 for just fat. And of course, their packaging concealed that fact.

Great flavor and easy to prepare. Lasts a long time in freezer if stored in plastic bag.
