Love the brisket. Hope it freezes well. I kind of screwed up buying the whole brisket, but it will eventually be used.

This is such a wonderful piece of meat. Delicious!!! Iput mines in a long aluminum pan and pour beef broth on top and its delicious!!!

We grill a lot and were so surprised on how great this brisket was. We brushed on a light sauce and rub and warmed directly on the grill. fabulous - a little char on the outside ..going to buy a couple more for the holidays !

Bought 3 on recommendation from coworker for our monthly birthday celebration and EVERYONE raved about it. Just heated slow and low in a couple of large crockpots. The fat rendered and even the meat sitting in that was fought over!

The flavor was good, however, the brisket had too much fat. It was a waste of my money! It is too expensive to have so much waste. Will never purchase again.

this was outstanding for my church dinner

I bought two packs of this product for my son's graduation party. The meat was tough, rubbery, and had a lot of fat. I followed the heating instructions as indicated on the pack. I would not recommend it to anyone. I ended up just throwing it away. 90 dollars down the drain. Very unsatisfied.

Tender with a nice smoke flavor. My family enjoyed it.

Smelled & taste like canned meat, couldn't even save it by adding bbq sauce to it. I used the leftovers to cook some beans & that turned out ok
