This is the best bottle from WT I have had. Maybe the best bourbon I have had. I keep 2 to 3 bottles in stock because I don’t ever want to run out. This bottle has everything, all the flavors all the “feels” you want in a bourbon, everything in one perfectly balance sip. You get the sweet caramel the rye spice the soft oak and the warm Kentucky Hug. No one flavor over powers the other it’s just Perfect. It doesn’t not drink the proof at 116.8. It has all the “edges” you want from a WT but is balanced and in just a perfect amount of each. Wild Turkey hit it out of the park with this bottle.

This is one of my favorite bourbons to regularly consume neat (why waste such flavor depth on a mixer?) without breaking the bank. I have other "special occasion" pours, but this is a great value as routine consumption. Well done!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I buy more expensive bottles and take a sip and this bottle comes to mind you can't beat it, even if it loses to it by a tiny margin. Take Russel single barrels they are a more refine pour than Wild Turkey, but hands this is a better value, and sometimes I prefer the bustier profile I get from Wild Turkey

This is my go to bourbon. I have spent years trying different brands and different products within brands. This in my opinion is the best out there. For me, it is smooth and just the right amount of spice. No harshness. This will always be in my cabinet.

There is hardly a better bottle for the price you will ever find. Rare Breed has been my daily supper for years with all the classic Wild Turkey notes you love but in a softer and carefully curated fashion. It is a classic bourbon with unique peppery character that stands at a proof point that is great on a cube, neat or mixed as part of a spirit forward cocktail.

Complex flavors on the tongue with rich buttery mouth feel. The cinnamon comes through mid palette and continues to the finish. Outstanding pour.

Finally bought a bottle and couldn't be more impressed. This bottle is one of the first ones I reach for. The nose had all the notes you want and they always match the sweet and spicy punch that I get on the pallette..great finish that hangs around just right. All around, Rare Breed is top 3 all time for me.

Rare Breed is what Bourbon is meant to be .... it has a great blend of sweet flavors on the front of the palate, perfectly balanced and overtaken by real bourbon notes like leather and oak on the finish. Full of flavor and 116 proof to make it a pleasure to sit with in the evening and sip neat. Just a great pour!
