Never got it!

This item did not get loaded into my car. The girl came to my trunk, nloaded everything and shut the hatch for me, so I didn't notice it wasn't there until I got home. Now it's impossible for me to prove that I'm telling the truth, so I get to pay for something I never got.

Nice and clean - and no junky pod plastic.

Cleans dishes nicely. I like there appears to be no fragrance added. Who needs a fragrance on dishes? It seems just as easy to use this as with the pods and pods put nasty plastic stuff on your dishes and in your dishwasher - not good. I think if everybody knew how bad pods were for the environment and your health, nobody would use them.

The original is ten thousand times better!!!

The original is ten thousand times better. When Sam's Club eliminated the original version of Cascade and replaced it with this garbage, I went ahead and bought it anyway. It was terrible. It left my dishes dirty and it has no bleach to disinfect my dishes. I now go elsewhere to buy the one that works. If it's not broken, don't fix it. I sometimes wonder why Sam's Club stops carrying fine products that I just happen to use. Soon I will have no reason to continue paying a hundred dollars a year for things I can buy for less elsewhere.

CASCADE IS THE BEST, ALL YOU DISHES WILL BE CLEan without A FINISHER IN THE DISHWASHHER AND NO SPOTS. WELL THIS IS ALL A LIE. NO DISHWASERS DO WHAT THEY SAY UNLSS THE DISHES GO IN CLEANED OFF. CASCADE IS NOT BETTER THAN ANY OTHER AND ITS PRICE IS WAY TO HIGH FOR A NAME THAT DOESN'T CLEAN OR LEAVE A FRESH SMELL. AGAIN, I HAVE USED CASCADE OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE SEEN NO IMPROVEMENT OF THIS. IT IS JUST A NAME AND I WON'T PAY FOR IT ANYMORE. AGAIN, I BLAME THE MAUFACTURER FOR PROMOTING IT TO BE DIFFERENCE WHEN IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS ANY OTHER DISHWASHER DETERMENT. WASH DISHES BY HAND....ITS EASIER AND THEY WILL BE CLEAN!!

While our detergents are formulated to provide the best cleaning possible, we do know hard water and other factors may sometimes have an effect on cleaning performance. We'd be happy to share some tips with you. The water temperature should be at 120F, and we suggest running hot water to your kitchen sink before starting your dishwasher. Run the dishwasher when no other household demands for water are running, and make sure the dishwasher arms aren't blocked. As well, you many want to try running a longer cycle. We hope this helps. To get the best results, be sure your water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit/49 degrees Celsius.
