This was really good and a great price. The only problem is that has a fish smell and taste. Usually salmon is a light fishy flavor, but this was little more intense.

This fish was rotten. It smelled the minute I opened the package. I threw it out. The smell remained in the house for days. It was beyond horrible and it must have been sold after the expiration date. Unfortunately, I threw that part away, so was unable to confirm that was the issue. Just thinking about that stink makes me sick.

Four days after I bought this salmon I started to cook it for supper. Upon opening the package I was assailed with the smell of rotten fish, so I disposed of it. Probably my fault for buying it because I was skeptical when none of the packs I checked felt like they contained firm fish.

Fillets were fresh. Did not have smell fishy. Label shown they were fished in U.S.A. and Canada waters near Alaska. Purchased and cooked one package of two, to experiment with smoking them. Tasted good. Returned to purchase two more packages. Gave them out as gifts. Returned to purchase more a third time. The store did not have any.

Deep orange color as is yo be expected in an alaskan wild caught salmon. Cooks to perfection in airfryer or oven - tasty flakey - i cook it with my cajun type rub and after , finish with a mango coconut drizzle.. oh my- next time i make it i will def take photos to share!

Took a chance and bought 2 $30+ packages of wild caught. Thought one of the packages smelled off but did not notice it until it was in my trunk. Got them home to cut up and vacuum seal, smelled horrible. Took a chance and ate a piece before I froze it. I did not get sick but it smelled off. I forgot about it and pulled a piece from my freezer, defrosted it and it smells even worse. Not worth getting sick over, so I am going to just take the $30+ loss. Won't be getting spoiled salmon again from here.

I have bought this and after one hour it gets very disgusting smell it was on July 3 and on July 4was a holiday when I went on July 5 to return it and to get refund the customer services refused and need to bring the spoiled fish. Is disappointed and I am so disappointed because I wasted my money.If you could please refund me back I will be grateful

I grilled the Sockeye Salmon filet on a griddle on the BBQ grill. I seasoned it with salt, pepper and a little smoked paprika. The filet had the deepest redest color that i have ever seen in a grilled salmon filet. The salmon had the best taste i have ever eaten.

I purchased my salmon eight days before the “use by” date.The moment I opened the package, I knew I was in trouble. The salmon smelled horribly fishy. The flesh was not firm. Rather spongy and falling apart. To their credit, Sam’s Club refunded my money.

MM Wild Caught is the way to go! This salmon was perfection! Delicate and flaky...Taste was amazing. Got my pan screaming hot, added Salmon, browned on one side, flipped, then put into a hot oven on broil for a few minutes to crisp up the skin... Mmmmmm! Do not overcook and it will melt in your mouth.
