The sockeye salmon was good but it was much thinner than I wanted.

I cut this in about 5 pieces and freeze. When I take it out and thaw a piece, I fry it for 4 minutes a side on Med High - This is the best.

Great value for the money! You wind up with two filets. This fish is also wild caught which is the better way to go.
