This salmon was fair ~ I prefer the "wild Caught".  I think it has a better overall flavor.

FAIR BUT NOT AS GOOD AS "WILD CAUGHT"!

This salmon did not seem fresh. It was used by the sell date.

I like wild caught salmon.  I can usually find a nice filter that I can afford at Sam's.

I have purchased wild caught salmon for the past few years, I have not had any issues until last week. This time the fish started to smell 3 days before it expired. Still in original packaging, refrigerator running at 37 degrees, this slab of fish gave off an odor so powerful the whole refrigerator smelled. I lost over $30 on unopened fish, I could not tolerate the odor to drive 20 miles to a Sam's Club to return it. I do NOT recommend

Awful smell

The number 1 thing is that it is wild caught (supposedly).  The packaging made the product to appear to be reasonably fresh.  We enjoyed the taste of the air fried cooked product.
