it has not cooled any water after 24 hours of being plugged in. I was super hopeful because i really liked the pet bowl station.

I used a different water jug, 3.5 gallons leaked all over my floor! I really hope that doesn't happen when I use an actual Primo water bottle!

Love the price point, less expensive than most sites. Also love the hot and cold options and fits nicely into my kitchen.

We purchased this just for the pet station to give our bulldogs healthier water instead of the city water we have which always smells strongly like chlorine. They love it!

Bought this unit as it has a dog bowl at the bottom with a center refill button, I love this and the dogs love the fresh was as opposed to the sinkwater.
