I love the fact that it's good, safe water for my family and my dogs. Since martinsville water is horrible.

This is perfect! The pet bowl feature is so awesome! No more picking up bowls and refilling multiple times a day, just push a button and it fill the bowl.

Keeps the water the perfect temperature. Dont recommend the dog bowl if you have large dogs as it you will be refilling frequently and using lots of water.

I love my new water dispenser. Perfect size and I love the fact that I can fill the dogs' water with the touch of a button. It's very functional and I'm so glad that I bought it!!

The water cooler works great. Love the dog bowl feature. This is my second one, my first one broke after 5 years. The dog bowl dispenser wouldn't stop dripping water. My only complaint with this one- I cannot get this plastic taste out of my water no matter what. I've tried everything. And it's making me crazy

We purchased this for the office and it's very nice. It works very well. Just be careful with placing the water so you don't break the top. Also the company needs to update the hot water button because it keeps dropping down then popping back up. Just take good care of it and it will last.

The cooler itself was easy to install following instructions. The pet station is an awesome addition! It really comes in handy, all you do is press a button and voila! Purified water for my dogs and cat. The only thing I would say is I wish the water was way colder. It's still cool but not cold cold. Still think it was a great purchase

We went through the steps to set it up and as soon as we got the water set up on top it began to leak. Looked on Youtube and Primo website for suggestions as to what was causing the leak and even used a 2nd bottle to see if it was the problem. Nothing worked. Water was streaming from inside the housing of the unit. Wasn't about to take it apart and try to fix any lines, especially after just purchasing it. Returned it asap.

The first 5gal. bottle i placed on top dispensed all over the floor before i realized it. Opened it up and one of the water lines was not connected properly. I reconnected it as best i could but still wasn't secure enough and after a little time made it's way loose again and began dispensing on the floor once more. We took it back and are getting one from somewhere else.
