Easy to us, quiet, our friend has a VERY noisy machine, (don't know brand,) so I was nervous. Happy with our purchase.

This was a perfect replacement for buying bottled water. More cost efficient and easy way to fill the dog bowl as well

Underwhelmed: The unit did not include the Pet station and water runs throughout the entire unit. Unable to get any assistance from Customer “NO” service. Simply unplugged the machine and put it in the corner.

This is the greatest water dispenser EVER!! Hot water instantly, Cold water instantly and the pet bowl kept full and cleaning is so easy!! I LOVE the convenience. 3 gallon bottles are easy to change, even for a 70 something woman!

We have multiple dogs and struggled for years with refilling or cleaning thier water bowl. This makes it so easy to refill and clean. The cats love it to! The kids and husband might enjoy it, but I'm just glad that our animals have a constant clean source of water without all the heavy lifting.

Hopefully by the time you read this review things have started to look better in regards to the current outbreak. I bought this water dispenser in the middle of March 2020 when all bottled water in Los Angeles was sold out. A month of use later I can say this thing is amazing! There is a low hum that occasionally kicks in when the water in the chamber is heating/cooling down. The hot water is hot enough for instant coffees, teas, etc. The cold water is crisp! The dog bowl is an amazing feature, unfortunately since I have a husky I need to clean the bowl more than usual. If there is water in the dog bowl its a little hard to take it off with out spilling water. (Might be user error in my part). In summation, buy this thing!!

What an awesome water cooler and idea for pet owners. You can attach the water bowl for your pets to get a fresh drink of water in the front or on the right or left side of the cooler. We have three dogs and a cat. They drink lots of water. It's easy to fill the bowl and keep it full with fresh water at the push of a button. Great idea.

I'm so glad that I purchased this water cooler. I use a zero water jug on top of the cooler which fits perfectly when the floater is removed (it easily popped out) the pet watering station is beyond cool. it clicks in easily and locks to the unit with zero effort. It's locket in tight enough to hold still against hyperactive cats, dogs, and full speed hits from our roomba. the water is cold but not too cold. I keep it in a dark spot of the room so I'm unsure if the led nightlight is light activated or not as ours stays on constantly when kept on. the switch is at the top back of the tower and easily accessible in the dark when trying to fill my cup in the middle of the night. the tower feels very stable and the cooling noise is very tolerable. I'm so impressed and drinking more war than ever. on my way home from work, hot and thirty, I usually stop by somewhere to get a drink. I skip the drive thru now knowing I have fresh crisp water waiting for me at home.

Love that it has a pet water bowl. My dog loves the coldness. She is part husky🤷🏼‍♀️
