Great water dispenser. It was an easy set up. The dispenser is not heavy, the box it came in is pretty tall but once you pull it out of the box it is much smaller. It's easy to maneuver. And of course the pet bowl is a wonderful novelty.

Love this makes drinking water easier!! Also reminds my kids when they are getting water to give the dog water in his dish that is attached. No plastic bottles everywhere. No refilling the water pitcher in the fridge ice cold water! And I pay 1.50 for 5 gallons depending on where I purchase it.

Just what I needed! Recently moved to a house with well water. I found this one that had the pet bowl with it! Although I have the old pet bowl right next to this water dispenser bowl, one well water and the other bottled- my pets still prefer the well water! Lol. You don't need to use primo water with this, it works with all the jugs I've tried. I love this new addition to the kitchen!

I haven't used one of these dispensers in a long time. I thought I wouldn't like the top loading because of the weight of a 5 gal jug and the possibility of spilling everywhere. With the no spill loading, this was not a problem. Hot water is hot but has the safety mechanism. Kids can make their own instant oatmeal and hot cocoa. Cold water is perfect temperature. I LOVE the pet station addition. This is perfect for our household of four humans, a dog, and a cat.

It works just like its supposed to. Water bowl attachment is a nice size. My pets would constantly drink from my other water dispenser even though they had their own separate bowls of water. Its convenient because all I have to do is push the button and now they have water. Lol

This is perfect! I have one in the fridge a pitcher for fresh water but had to refill it constantly. This is so awesome because we don't have to refill it constantly and the dogs get some too with the puppy bowl and we can do hot drinks also ....absolutely love it!!!
