I and my pups love it!

I bought this is September of 2020. As of the this morning(April 2022) it completely stopped working. As I put in a new jug, it just started spewing water from the bottom. Our maintenance man said it "totally blew a line" and said there was no fixing it. I got a 1.5 years out of this. Very disappointed with what I paid for it!

I wish the pet water dish was stainless instead of plastic

Worked great first day, then the compressor stopped working.

Lasted just over a year then started leaking from the tubing inside the housing all over the kitchen floor. My girlfriend slipped and fell today because of it, all other one star reviews state the same leaking issue, it's defective and dangerous!

Really enjoy the pet station as now everyone gets more involved with making sure the dogs are watered. The water comes out much slower than a unit we had previously rented from our water company. The kids have even complained it is slower. We have kept the hot water off but it will still come out and we use it for anything we want to just be room temperature. Wish the night light switch had a better placement or maybe a sensor to come on only at night. A real waste to leave it on 24/7.

less than 2 years and it leaked all over my wood floors. It took long before i realized it was leaking and there was mold all underneath the base and dog bowl. It worries me that my dogs were close to this and breathing in the mold whenever they would drink from the dog bowl
