Great water dispenser for you and your pets. the bowl is huge about the size of medium/small mixing bowl. I have a 7 month old pitbull puppy and all the way full it takes her about 3 days to empty it but all you have to do is press a button to fill it back up with filtered water! You can turn off the hot water switch for room temperature water and when you turn the switch on it takes about 10 minutes before it's boiling hot again.

I am very satisfied with the Primo hot and cold dispenser with pet station. Prior to this, I was re-filling dog water bowls frequently and now, I walk by and push the button when the water is low. The water is cool which the dogs seem to like! I noticed that I am also drinking more water because now instead of opening a full water bottle, I can have a nice glass of cold water with the push of a button and I'm enjoying the hot water too for tea, coffee and oatmeal. For me, the water is plenty cold and plenty hot, I was surprised how hot the water is. All praise from me for this dispenser....no complaints. Very satisfied with this purchase!!

Dogs love having fresh water from the cooler. We love it cuz it?s handy and doesn?t have too much fluoride in the Primo water. Only drawback is lifting the bottle to place onto the dispenser. But this was the only model with a pet water bowl attached.

We are very happy with this as are our dogs our city water is gross and this is a better option than buying tons of water bottles

It's great until it's not. Bought this 10 months ago and it's been great... until it started leaking and made a huge mess. It started leaking from the cold water spout. Changed jugs and it's still leaking.

I bought this less than a year ago and it started leaking. I also have a friend that bought the same exact one and hers started leaking before mine. So it doesn't last very long.

Love it !!! This was just what I was looking for. I love the pet bowl feature. Great cold water and hot water on demand. So far it's working great and makes very little noise. Very easy to set-up and use.

Love the water dispenser and it works great but the dog bowl was not shipped in the box with the dispenser. So my dog hasn't gotten to test it out yet.

Great water dispenser! The pet bowl is a genius idea and awesome. It can be placed in three different positions depending on where you place your dispenser. So easy to use and to clean.

I would Love it if it came With all the parts.
