Great product! So convenient

I bought this and loved it for about 6 months and then go into my kitchen to see water all over the floor. I called and Primo sent me another one free of charge. After about 6-7 months, it happens with the new replacement! I think there is something defective about these with the pet station. Never had a problem with the one I purchased without the pet station. They gave me my money back because I did not want to risk another disaster! The person that I spoke with said they quit selling them when there's an issue like this until they solve the problem. I just got my money back in November 2021 and then I see they're still selling it December! Don't buy this until you know they have resolved the issue. They could not have resolved it this soon and I'm really upset that they are selling a product that they know is defective!!!

The water stopped coming out cold less than 6 months after purchase. The upside is that Sam's did replace it at not charge.

Purchased one and the compressor went bad, then order a replacement and it leaked all over my floor. Be careful primo is providing a very poor quality product.
