This is the first time I have ordered replacement cartridges for my new printer. The box for the black cartridge and damaged significantly.

I like the Xtra copies as when I'm home, I'm on the computer and printer many hours as do bookwork and tax work.

The cyan toner cartridge leaked in my printer and rendered it not operable; pink toner everywhere. We hand to immediately purchase a new printer.

HP Toner with HP Printer, works great as it should. Ordered and shipped no issues nor problems as normal.

414X works well. I have not used the 37Y as of this date . It is a spare at this time. Will rate it after I install and use it
