Needed my ink quickly and this was the same price as other sites I checked and much faster shipping to my location. It came speedy quick and I was very grateful.

This machine can detect when a page is in the ADF or on the glass when copying but will not do the same when scanning. Seems like a simple fix for you to do. It's a pain to have to select "glass" each time you are scanning a single page.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recycling is a pain in the rear. But the packaging and replacement of the toner cartridges was easy. Expensive? Yes. but that wasn't your question:)

way too expensive

Great product. Works as expected. Correct fit.

Great replacement cartridge that was easy to install

easy to purchase on line and very safe - prompt delivery!

Overpriced product. It works well - but way too expensive.

It would be appropriate to lower the cost of this product. The cost is excessive for what it is.

Toner cartridge works fine, easy to replace. Next day free shipping is great
