We like everything about this product. I had never had one or used one before but its very easy to use. I ordered this one because of the extra handheld suction for the zipper bags. I guess the only thing it didn't have was bag storage under the sealer but thats ok because its more compact for storage.

Purchased after noticing meat in our freezer was becoming freezer burned quickly. We buy in bulk and also freeze vegetables from our garden. It was easy to use! Only 1 bag was not sealed correctly during our learning process! We are very pleased and wish we had purchased the vacuum sealer much sooner.

Maybe I got a bad unit? We were able to seal 2 bags and that was it. Took “gaskets” out and flipped them over and that gave us the 2nd vac, but none after that. Very disappointed. For something that should suck, it did not. Debating on trying again, the foam gaskets seem cheap and useless to me.

This vacuum sealer is working great so far. I love the size - it’s fairly lightweight and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The only negative is that I didn’t realize it doesn’t have a built in bag cutter-you have to use scissors. Not a huge deal but I probably would not have purchased it if I had read that.

I love Food Saver Products. Ive had a Food Saver for over 10 years and it stopped sealing. There was no question which sealing system I should get but Idid research the all. Food Saver was my choice again and I loved all the new features and bonuses that came with it. I prepare my meats and freeze. I use a marker to indicate the date it was in the freezer. I even bought a Food Saver for my son and daughter-in-law and they love it.

Did a great job. If it's a product with lots fluids, I had trouble trying to get the bag to vacuum seal but I left a little extra at end of bag and it sealed it fine. Because as the vacuum is sucking out the air it's pulling the juices out and it won't properly seal. Just have to figure out the little work arounds.

Relaced an older much larger FoodSaver Sealer. This smaller version does everything our older one did plus we can use the same accessories. The new handheld vacuum accessories is amazing. Like being able t remove the channel to clean and to store this in a drawer instead of taking up counterspace.

After having FoodSaver products for over 30 years, I ordered the the sealer to cut back on counter space. I was disappointed by the lack of some of the features of the larger units, such as, the bag cutter, the pull out accessory vac tube, etc. I have several accessories that require the vac tube, such as, marinating pans, jar sealers, etc.I just had to order vac tubes from Walmart, hopefully they will do the job. As for the handheld sealer, I still have and use an old handheld vac from 25 years ago. My old larger FoodSaver and old handheld, I gifted to a friend from church.

Not quite the product I wanted. Wanted the one that had the bag cutter so Id have straight cuts making it easier to sealer. Very compact (bags take up much more room than the actual sealer) easy to use and havent had a bag that wouldnt seal or came unsealed

I really like the food saver. I am a senior citizen now and need to freeze portions to use later . The saver is so easy to use and seals my food great . I had purchased two food savers in the past but gave to my grown children. I’m keeping this one .
