Fantastic appliance

I've always wanted a vacuum sealer and finally got this one. So easy to use and comes with a bunch of bags.

Must have

Its a nice foodsaver but the only thing missing is the cutter bag option. I use my old foodsaver to cut my bags.

I purchased this to replace my old vacuum food saver which was over 25 years old.  This works as well as the previous one.

I bought this a few months ago and just started using it in the last month. I thought it was great at first until I pulled it out this last time and it would not turn on. It has not been misused or abused. No idea why it won't turn on. Very unhappy.

Stopped working after just a few uses

I really loved this product from the get go.
Used the product daily but lately I've been having trouble with the bottom of the bag sealing.
Not good, That means you cannot vaccum seal anything.
Hopefully, this clears up.  Or I'm going to call service.
My friend has had one for years with no issues. Maybe I got a lemon.

Problems Sealing

So fas has worked very well.  Just wish the bags for hand held could be used in freezer.

Food saver

Have owned a food saver for 10 years and always loved.  Wanted to replace old with a new product because I loved it. I used new one twice and now pulled old one out. Terrible product. No suction. Very disappointed

Terrible product

I have been considering buying a Food Saver for quite a while but I wasn’t sure it would be worth the money. It’s easy to use for the vacuum and seal part but trying to evenly cut the plastic material from the roll that came with it was next to impossible and very time consuming. I found rolls of material online that were in a box with a slide cutter. This isn’t the name brand but the material seems to be just as good. If I had to cut the Food Saver bags off the roll every time I would probably throw the whole thing in the trash. Luckily I found the bag material with a cutter. The actual vacuum sealer machine works great so far. Do yourself favor and find rolls of bag material online with a cutter on the box. Then the whole process is much more streamlined.
