What an essential addition to our kitchen.  We purchase large packages of meats and then divide them to personal size.  Saving Money is the Key!!

Saving Money in today's Economy is Essential

Looking for a vacuum food saver under $100 and this was a great purchase. It is easy to use and has worked well. The handheld vacuum is a plus.

Fast and Easy

Seems to work fine with nice tight packaging but after about 10 minutes they become looser and looser.  Not impressed.

Not great

The vacuum sealer machine is great however the hand held sealer doesn’t have the suction power at all.  The hand held sealer is worthless.

This is worth the money.  Bought this as a gift.  I have one and wish I’d have gotten one with the handheld vacuum.

Something must be wrong with this machine, I couldn't get it to work !  I intend to take it back to Sam's.

Haven’t used it much so far. Works really well !   I will even more use out of the hand held vacuum for the zipper bags ! Wish I had one earlier !!!

The FoodSaver is amazing. The food stays fresh longer. I will not be without it. It saves so much time and money.

Food stays fresher longer.

Have owned a food saver for 10 years and always loved.  Wanted to replace old with a new product because I loved it. I used new one twice and now pulled old one out. Terrible product. No suction. Very disappointed

Terrible product

I have been considering buying a Food Saver for quite a while but I wasn’t sure it would be worth the money. It’s easy to use for the vacuum and seal part but trying to evenly cut the plastic material from the roll that came with it was next to impossible and very time consuming. I found rolls of material online that were in a box with a slide cutter. This isn’t the name brand but the material seems to be just as good. If I had to cut the Food Saver bags off the roll every time I would probably throw the whole thing in the trash. Luckily I found the bag material with a cutter. The actual vacuum sealer machine works great so far. Do yourself favor and find rolls of bag material online with a cutter on the box. Then the whole process is much more streamlined.
