Figured couldn't go wrong with replacing it with another but newer Brondell model. Love it! Adjustable temperature and pressure are perfect. The blue night light is cool. Easy to install. Only one thing I wish was better and that is add an additional mounting option for the remote control. Having optional screw mounts (like the previous version) would have been best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device Swash BL97 itself is excellent. But the remote control is not very convenient compared to previous models SWASH 900. Changing batteries is very inconvenient, since you need to use a special tool, for older people this is a big problem. In this case, you can break the latches. The touch buttons are very sensitive and work instantly when you take the remote control in your hands. The programming of the remote control does not always correspond to the instructions, although all individual commands are entered correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our brondell just died. It was about 3 years old that’s why we got extended warranty on this new one. Tried others but this one is the best out there for the price. Most comfortable and solidly built.

Love my bidet. The new remote means you have to have the light on because you can’t feel the buttons. I don’t know why companies think this is betters like in a car we need to look at the screen to change the station. Besides the remote, it’s wonderful!
