Graet produc ,love it

Had a Brondell for 10 years and just broke, loved the first one but it was only a heated seat, it was great so decided to get a bidet and just received it and so far do love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I miss the simplicity of my old Swash 300. User number memory?? But I've been spoiled by the bidets, so I refuse to be without one.

Easy to install. Works well for the first time user. The seat is longer and higher. Extends out and the hole seams smaller. Just takes getting use to. It is pretty good' Gets you cleaner than TP.

We have had two Swash bidets. The first one lasted only about two years. We like the unit hoping the second one lasts longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace my original Brondell that was leaking and kept blowing my breaker. The original was great until it started leaking from the back.

Nice beginner bidet. These seats end up cracking at the back and the system automatically goes to sleep and the seats won’t stay heated or water warmed. I sent several as gifts and several recipients ended up with the same issue.

Bought two for our new home. They both quit working in less than a year. We replaced batteries terries in the remote frequently. Even bought replacement remotes but could not get the features working. Disappointed!

Will make your LED lights flicker. Will not maintain warm temp water. Starts off warm and gets cold as it runs. If you have l e d lights, you might end up with a seizure.
