[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom (93) has been using her bidet for years and absolutely loves it. We have had no more UTI's since we installed it. My husband just recently was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma and we got him the seat and he tells everyone it's the best thing I've ever given him!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I miss the simplicity of my old Swash 300. User number memory?? But I've been spoiled by the bidets, so I refuse to be without one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the remote is difficult to read. Needs more color contrast. Function is ok - can't seem to get the sanitizing feature to work yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried everything to set up the users and none of the different instructions work LOL so it's a bit frustrating other than that I guess it's okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote control very difficult to use. Letters are very small and you really need to use magnifying glass to read it Not a good option vile you are sitting on the toilet!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace my original Brondell that was leaking and kept blowing my breaker. The original was great until it started leaking from the back.
