[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Brondell CL950 with this new one. Not as good as the old one. Concern: water pressure and water temperature.

Doesn’t work except for the blue light that’s it extremely disappointing

We had the bidet installed in two of our bathrooms. It required us to add electrical outlets near the toilets. Seat is comfortable and the all of the cleaning options work great. Personally, I was a little skeptical, but the area where the wand comes out stays nice and clean and it works really well.

The second wasn't as expensive and it lasted 5 years, so this time I bought 2 middle of the line models so maybe with both together, we will get maybe 12 years! :D That is my ONLY complaint, they don't long enough!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works good, this is the second one we bought the first on was a swash 300 that worked well too but developed leaks after 2 years ? seems like it should have lasted longer ?? i fixed one with a simple o-ring change the next time i could not make the repair. it was in the nozzle area, I hope this one lasts longer????

This is an amazing product. It is incredibly easy to install and use. Since the seat warms the water you don’t have to worry about running a hot water line for install. We loved this product so much we just bought a second one for another bathroom in our house. Your bits will always be clean and dry with this smart bidet. When everyone was freaking out about toilet paper during the height of the pandemic…we were sitting pretty with this lovely toilet attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using your bedit seat for over 20 years and have had a problem with the inferior design with the seat hinge, the original slow close design was much smoother and better. I just had to replace your seat because the hinge unit split the plastic seat at insertion location

I had your simplest seat and absolutely loved it. When it quit working I had to order a “better” seat because the one I liked was discontinued. The new seat will take some getting used to but would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a bidet. The customer service was top notch.
