Always delicious

Sam’s bakery has the best cupcakes! They are always fresh and moist and very flavorful. The decorators are friendly and helpful when taking my order. I’ve never had a problem with an order and I frequently am asked “where do you get your cupcakes from?”. I happily reply “at Sam’s Club!”

Terrible customer service. Ordered 390 special cupcakes, and two days before the event, they call me and said they didn't get them. They wanted to know if we wanted to cancel our order. This was for a Chairty event, and we couldn't do it. I will never order from there again. BJ's had the same cupcakes, price was a little more, but they would have come through.

I considered these while planning for my boys’ birthday celebrations. Since I hadn’t purchased any before I was hesitant, i.e. would they taste good considering the price? A neighbor was raving about them after purchasing them for her daughter’s birthday, and encouraged me to buy them. Best decision! Not only were they affordable, the cupcakes were also fluffy and tasty! I added a few other decorations after getting them and they were a huge hit with the guests. Icing on the cake: my boys LOVED the confetti sprinkle toppings :) Will definitely be buying again for other celebrations. For all the busy parents out there, save your time and energy and buy these for your next party!

Old Cupcakes. I picked these up on December 18th, for my son's school party that was on December 20th. Later when I got home and looked at the date on the container, I realized they were already almost a week old. Why is something this old still on the shelves?

The cupcakes are delicious however, they have is the wrong order at pick up and said they must have gotten switched with another order but did not make it right. We came a spoke with a manager and they excused the mistake. I’ve stopped shopping at Sam’s because I have zero tolerance for poor customer service!

The vanilla and chocolate cupcakes were absolutely amazing! Soft and moist as if they had just come out of the oven, with the creamiest of icing making them so, so delicious!! Beautiful icing too!!! I waited too late to purchase a birthday cake and had to pick up the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes instead. However, everyone was raving about how delicious they were and how much better they were than having a birthday cake. You don’t have to slice it and try to get the right amount of slices for everyone, you have a choice of chocolate or vanilla, they are not as messy and stay fresher longer.

Best cupcakes I’ve had in awhile. The icing was pretty sweet but the cake was AMAZING!
