Shipping, etc., was excellent. I cannot say anything about the replacement cartridge. I also purchased a new printer and the cartridge was for replacement purposes. That may take a long time as the new printer will print 700 pages before needing a new cartridges. Also, after hooking up the new printer I have decided I miss color print and the new printer is black only. As a result I will be returning both products.

The ink smudges and smears on all my documents. There have been extra lines appearing on all of my documents, and often there is a powdery residue that ends up rubbing off onto my desktop and clothing. I have had this printer for quite some time, and have changed the cartridge multiple times with no issues.

I bought this toner about a month and a half ago and have printed only around 500 pages, and it’s already showing as empty. This is absolutely ridiculous! A toner should last much longer than this. I feel completely ripped off — what kind of low-quality product are you selling?

Wow! I'm so glad that I bought this Brother B&W Printer! This toner lasts forever. I always know I have ink and I don't feel ripped off like I did with those other printer/toners that are in color. This has been perfect for my needs! Great prints every time. I definitely recommend this toner.

I did not use it yet because I always have a spare one--but since this is a brand-name Brother toner I never had a problem with it. Considering all the printing I do for grad school this is a bargain. Most toners cost nearly double this. TN730 is very reasonable. Walmart delivered this very quickly and I saved some money.

Well, it fit right into my Brother printer, considering that I've spent more money on toner cartridges than I ever did for the printer itself, why not?! I never do count the number of pages the cartridge prints, but to tell the truth, I suspect that the chip shuts down the printing, long before the toner is actually empty; that's my guess. Otherwise, it works as advertised.

Standard black toner prints are coming out clean with no issues. I have read previous reviews that the cartridge runs out after 300 prints or so. I am not there yet. I have probably printed 50 pages so far without any issue. I don't know if I will continue to purchase these cartridges in the future only because I think its a little pricey. Very easy to install as well.
