The ability to place custom orders with bakery associates should be restored.  Relying on limited design options within the app detracts from customer satisfaction.    My cake order was nothing like I specified in the notes.  I accepted pickup only because of my tight time schedule.   I would have refused it and sought another bakery otherwise.

Bring back custom ordering with bakery associates

Great taste, came out beutidul with edible succulents. The machine was down, therefore more succulents were added to the cake by request. People at the party didnt believe it came from Sams as I it turn out awesome.
