Great taste, came out beutidul with edible succulents. The machine was down, therefore more succulents were added to the cake by request. People at the party didnt believe it came from Sams as I it turn out awesome.

Cake and frosting tasted good but be careful of the fondant decorations - there were tiny wires in them to help hold their shape which could have been hazard to children. Overall a good cake.

The ability to place custom orders with bakery associates should be restored. Relying on limited design options within the app detracts from customer satisfaction. My cake order was nothing like I specified in the notes. I accepted pickup only because of my tight time schedule. I would have refused it and sought another bakery otherwise.

I have been buying cakes at Sam’s for years. This cake did not meet Sam’s standards. The writing was crooked and off center. The piping around the edges was all over the place. Upon pick up, I told them it was unacceptable. I was told the person who decorated was new. I asked to have it fixed. The decorator told me it was hand written and hard for her to do.

Horrible!! Worst cake I've ever ordered, a child could have made a better cake. The writing was horrible and illegible, decorations crooked and the cake was showing through the icing.
