I ordered 2 cakes with this design for my wedding, and they were absolutely beautiful! The taste was great, and the price was great, too. I do wish you could see how your color choice and wording looks while ordering online. I also wish there were a few more color and design choices, but i understand limited options keeps it affordable for everyone.

They now print the text and place it on the cake instead of it being written with icing. Unfortunately, there was a seam right down the middle and when placed, it did not line up quite correctly. The cake was nonetheless beautiful and you can't beat the value.

The cake was great, but whoever decorated the cake was terrible. The middle of the cake was cracked they put fondant down the middle, so it cracked looked very cheap and bad. Why would there be fondant on this cake anyways. Was very upset because it was for my daughter's 18th birthday.

Disappointed in the overall appearance. The script is a print out that was folded in the middle like they didn’t take the time to lay it flat. One side was covered in bubbles that was just a sloppy application. I was embarrassed to ask them if they were able to flatten the bubbles and they took the cake and spent a few minutes with their back turned to me trying to pop the bubbles and flatten them with their gloved hands. Instead it ripped the decal and they told me “sorry, that’s about the best it’s going to be, since we made it last night”. When I asked if there was anything else that could be done they told me no and they couldn’t apply a discount since I ordered online. So disappointing. Taste was the wonderful Sam’s Club cake but the overall presentation and customer service was very disappointing.
