I pre-order a cake for my sister's 55th birthday, on my way for pick up the cake was nothing like the one I ordered. I spoke with the bakery lady about my cake I told her I would like to speak to your manager. But, the manager wasn't available the kind lady told me to go upfront they should be able to take care of me. The lady named Diana was so rude to me eventho my cake was free... She should know that Customer first no matter what.

Cake was good but I was not able to choose the type of frosting I wanted only had buttercream.
