[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge is amazing! I love how the double doors open up with nothing in the middle blocking the view. The shelves are clear and allow easy viewing for everything that's in the fridge. There is no wasted space and there is high clearance throughout for taller items. It's visually appealing and very practical. The lower compartments allow us to put healthy snacks the kids can self-serve anytime. It's great for parties and so far it has served us well for multiple holidays, storing huge turkeys every side dish, and multiple beverage options. The removable ice storage with 2 cube sizes and a scooper has been more than enough for our large parties and makes serving so easy. Our guests have been very impressed. There are so many features with this fridge that I didn't even realize would come in handy for day-to-day living. The beverage center is awesome. The self-filling pitcher is a game changer. We use it to quickly re-fill our coffee maker with filtered water rather than having to use tap water, so now even the water filter in our coffee maker lasts longer. The beverage station has definitely helped us to drink more water and we've used the infuser to add lemons and limes on occasion which is great for switching it up and having a refreshing drink on the ready. The hidden front compartment door is great for storing items we want quick access to and prevents us from having to open the fridge unnecessarily. Everything in the lower compartments is easily accessible thanks to roll out shelves and drawers. We really appreciate this feature in our kitchen cabinets and it's great to have it in our fridge as well. I love how there's no handles on the outer doors, giving it a designer look that goes well with our kitchen. We decided to go with the gray glass panels, but I'm so excited about the fact that in the future if we decide to redesign our kitchen, I'll be able to easily change out the panels for a sleek black or steel look. Overall, this fridge has improved daily living, making it easier to store food and see what we have, which ultimately makes it easier to plan for grocery shopping trips and has encouraged us to fill it with healthier food options. This fridge brings together great functionality and great design - well done Samsung!

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.

We have a freezer in our garage, and so the ability to flex one of the sections for more refrigerator space has been really helpful. I love the look in our space and the sleek design, and the beverage center is great. Lots of shelving makes it easy to hold a lot of stuff and also stay organized. Overall I’m really happy with the purchase- it’s been a great addition to our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago with the navy glass panels and we are enjoying all of this refrigerator's features. Even though we bought the smaller 22 cf, there is plenty of room. We have the bottom right section set up as a refrigerator & keep drinks, snacks in there reachable for my 3 & 7 yo grandchildren which they think is So Cool! The water pitcher is a wonderful feature & we have had no problems with it leaking as a few reviews stated. We also like the two types of ice and the ability to shut one off if we aren't using. All in all, I would highly recommend this product for style, service & reliability.

I chose counter depth - bespoke flex 4 door Pros: Clean look/no bulky handles Has cubed and chipped ice Third compartment can convert to fridge or freezer separate freezer compartments (perfect for meats and seafood) Water dispenser and pitcher combo Bluetooth enabled French doors Flex shelf -half folds up for tall containers/bottles Love that I don’t have dig down in the freezer Cons Inside fridge space is small Even with counter depth my fridge stuck out a good amount and I have standard counters Ice sometimes falls behind the trays No ice dispenser panels sold separately and can get pricey but you pay for a nicer look Ice takes a while to make Has adjustable shelves but wish they had a wider range to adjust (height) if you have lots of tall containers (milk, juice bottles, wine bottles, sauce etc) I don’t recommend this fridge, you have limited space for these items Overall I love my fridge! I would complain that shipping got delayed multiple times with “false updates” and when installed, they neglected to install a few pieces and I had to look up the fridge installation to figure out where those price belonged.

Bought this 4 door flex unit and have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. Constantly have to clean out lower drawer that gets ice all inside of it. It continually builds a wall of ice in the rear corner of the ice tray preventing any new ice from back filling what we use. We essentially have to yank the drawer out to shift any ice from the rear to the front and chop out any formed ice wall in the back. For such an expensive fridge, this ice maker is horrible!

Ice maker has had to be replaced TWICE. Purchased fridge in 2023

I bought this two months ago and the refrigerant leaked and now the fridge doesn't work at all and we have to wait a week for the local repair people to fix it. We don't have a fridge/freezer for food and all our food spoiled too.
