[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and love the versatility of the flex and the beverage center. Only thing I would change is in the fridge would be to have a bit of a lower shelf that could hold taller bottles.

Too bad we wound up having to return ours, it was too big to fit in the area we were putting it. Too tall. Double check your measurements - including the height! - before committing to it. If they came out with a slightly shorter one (and possibly, very slightly narrower), I would definitely consider it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my sleek new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. The beverage center and separate ice maker are wonderful. I love to use the water pitcher because I can put lemon in the infusion container. The water tastes so fresh and clean. This fridge is counter depth but does stick out past the counter so just be aware of that. I love the adjustable shelves and the flex space for more room if you need more refrigerator space. This fridge has a UV deodorizing filter to keep it smelling fresh. It has sound alerts if the door is left open too long. The beverage center is great because it has its own door so you don’t have to open the whole fridge to get to it and leaves the fridge looking sleek and seamless on the front. The stainless steel is a bit darker than most stainless and I do see some fingerprint smudges even though it’s resistant. I love the two doors for the freezer at the bottom. If you don’t like having to pull a drawer open and dig through everything like me, you will like this feature. All in all I am happy with this product. I’m hoping Samsung will stand behind their product if I have any issues in the future. Lastly, I love the smart app that allows me to monitor my refrigerator while I’m away. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can adjust the temperature and other various functions remotely.

We bought this about 10 months ago. It's nice. Looks great. Except. The freezer door will open as you open the refrigerator door. Or as you close it. Or if it feels like it. There are motion sensors in the sides of the doors, a nearby hand wave will do it. The freezer will stay open a half inch until your food defrosts or you come home and notice. My take on this is that refrigerators have been around for 100 years. The science of getting the doors to close should have been settled by now. Two service calls. The first recommended loading the door with heavy stuff so it stayed closed. Service tech said this was a known problem. The second replaced the door. Neither fix worked. Samsung is not exactly jumping through hoops to fix this, so I guess for the 10 years and one month that refrigerators last these days, we will have soft ice cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge six months ago so I have gotten a really good feel for it’s quality & functionality by now. I am a foodie & the main cook & grocery shopper in my house so a great quality fridge is simply necessity for me. The first thing that caught my attention was obviously the gorgeous glass exterior. It is a stunningly beautiful, modern & unique looking fridge but as I examined the floor model in person I fell in love with the interior as well. I love the auto refill water pitcher. Used heavily by the whole family. I rarely buy water bottles anymore. It also has a water dispenser which I love for my five year old who can easily serve himself water without my help. I love how both of these features are on the inside of the fridge as opposed to the outside giving it a clean sleek look. On to the freezer… I didn’t think I’d love scooping out the ice from the little bins but now I actually prefer it because when we have company I can just pull the whole container out & there’s a bunch of ice ready to go. No need to stand there & noisily fill every cup at a traditional ice dispenser. I love the two different size ice cubes. Perhaps a bit extra but I personally love options! Next & probably our favorite & the thing our guests are always impressed with is that we use the bottom right portion as an mini fridge/adult beverage space. Another thing I love is how easy it is to clean. I’ve cleaned many fridges & this has been the only one I actually enjoy cleaning. No inaccessible cracks or nooks. Everything is easy to remove & wash. The glass cleans easily with regular glass cleaner or warm water & Dawn dish liquid. A couple things to note: make sure you check & wash the water pitcher frequently because ours has grown small bits of mildew if we don’t wash it often. The pitcher is very easy to take apart, wash & put back together. Also, the pitcher will not fill with water if you don’t put it precisely in place. Happens a several times a week especially because how heavily we use it. This fridge will beep if the door is not closed properly. Only annoying when you clean the fridge. It will alarm several times. I recommend downloading the app to alert your phone so your food doesn’t go bad. To conclude, sometimes you buy a product & when you use it you wonder if the people who created it actually tested it in real work environments but I feel like THIS product was actually used & tested because it just works & flows as a whole & any kinks have already been caught & fixed before it gets to the consumer. It’s well made. Well put together. Functional. Looks beautiful in my home. Guests always compliment & want to to more about it. Super happy over all with my refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in need of an upgrade as our 7 year old fridge had been experiencing issues. The Samsung unit fit the bill perfectly. The depth of our kitchen cabinets was shallow and we are so happy with the results after install. The surprise portion of the refrigerator overall was the flex zone. Being able to change the lower right section from a refrigerator for drinks during a party and then back to a freezer after a big shopping trip is fantastic. The filtration system on the water and the beverage system is very welcoming and a built in water pitcher is lovely. The freezer having an ice system with two types of ice is awesome. The smaller pieces it makes for perfectly in smaller water bottles and containers our children use while the larger cubes are great for iced tea and drinks. The Samsung App to control and change settings is a major upgrade from the old refrigerators that had a number system with no idea what temperature your food was being stored at. I’d recommend this fridge to someone looking to upgrade to a truly modern addition to the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually, this fridge is my treasure #1 of the house now. I am so proud that I bought this after I listened to my friend's suggestion and got a very good deal, also. First of all, I like the combination of door colors (white and light pink glass), makes me calm and kind of sophisticated. The only con is that I can't put any family pictures with magnets or calendars that I used to have on the door because the glass doesn't hold them. It looks clean and neat but it's not practical. Rather I have to clean it more often for fingerprints. So, there are pros and cons since beauty always brings this dilemma. To gain one thing then have to compromise something else, I know it... Besides, I bought two items for the interior of this fridge: 3 small digital thermometers for each compartment that I like to look at numbers with my own eyes every time I open the doors even though there is already on the side of the refrigerator's door. The other thing that I ordered recently was 2 clear drawers held under shelves. I use one for eggs and another one is for sauces or other small items, like seasonings. These both are useful for me and fit perfectly inside the fridge (see in the picture). Overall, Fridge is greatly functioning well as I expected and also looking so modern and gracious, every time I pass by it makes me feel so proud that this is my baby. I already took many pictures of it and spread them out to all my (housewives) friends here and there bragging like a child. Of course, they are dying of jealousy. I hope this can last for many many years.

It looks so good in my kitchen and it is a conversation piece. I love the style and the beverage station is wonderful. Having the ice dispensed into trays so that there is two different sizes is amazing. Not only do I love it but so does my family.
