[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator for a home we were moving into and after looking at multiple refrigerators we found the Bespoke from Samsung! Pros are the automatic filling pitcher and the water spout (which is inside the door which we found to be better than it being outside). The ample shelf room and four separate doors make storing foods at different temperatures easy. Their are two separate types of ice (small and large) which are perfect for different of beverages. We love how the refrigerator is also a statement piece for our kitchen! The only con is that sometimes the automatic water pitcher will not refill unless it is giggled in place, but that by no means is a deal breaker!

Appreciate the Flex Crisper & Flex freezer. It makes 2 different types of ice. Not to mention it’s sleek design. Goes great with my kitchen decor! Worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QLAA). I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

The depth of our kitchen cabinets was shallow and we are so happy with the results after install. The surprise portion of the refrigerator overall was the flex zone. Being able to change the lower right section from a refrigerator for drinks during a party and then back to a freezer after a big shopping trip is fantastic. The filtration system on the water and the beverage system is very welcoming and a built in water pitcher is lovely. The freezer having an ice system with two types of ice is awesome. The smaller pieces it makes for perfectly in smaller water bottles and containers our children use while the larger cubes are great for iced tea and drinks. The Samsung App to control and change settings is a major upgrade from the old refrigerators that had a number system with no idea what temperature your food was being stored at. I’d recommend this fridge to someone looking to upgrade to a truly modern addition to the kitchen.

The shelves are easily adjusted to fit your needs. The flex zone offers a section you can use as a fridge or freezer - change for a party and then change back! The beverage center is a dream - makes amazing ice! I LOVE that there is a dual ice maker with TWO different sizes of ice! The pitcher is a good feature to for refilling water bottles! It stays looking great on the outside because of the fingerprint resistance. Another cool thing is the SmartThings app - from your phone you can view the inside of the fridge, receive notifications and get updates to your fridge. Not only that, the SmartThings app can remotely control some of your fridge's functions. If your fridge isn't acting as it should, you can perform a factory reset on it as well. I couldn't love this refrigerator more than I do and it's taken me 50+ years to find it! :)

I can control temperature and able to check food list with Samsung smart things app I love that it has 2 icemakers. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would definitely order again.
