[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator! The sleek design with built in handles looks great in our newly repainted kitchen. Some of my favorite features include: A "Beverage Center" with internal dispenser, because I don't like the unsightly look of exterior door dispensers, which are harder to keep clean, and children away from them. The beverage center also includes an AutoFill Infused Water Pitcher, which convenience has enhanced our lives, and has us enjoying a great deal of more water every day! Another great feature is the Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites. The larger ice cubes are actually cubed shaped which I prefer over the standard half moon shaped ones. The bite ice is great. My kids love it. I just want to be very clear that this bite ice is a smaller version of the other cubed ice, and it isn't the soft ice that you might be thinking of that comes from a certain fast food chain. The FlexZone is perfect for my needs where I can adjust the temperature of that area based on my needs and what I have to put into that location at any particular time. It has Wi-Fi Connectivity to check and adjust the settings. Another great feature is that you can choose from several different Custom Door Panels to suit your decoration style. Stay tuned for more details to follow, but for starters, I do highly suggest that future buyers note the measurements and understand that there needs to be about a four inch clearance for doors to open. The only inconvenience that we've had so far is that our door panels apparently had a manufacturing flaw, and there are "bubbles" like you see with contact paper beneath the glass which tops the four door panels. Samsung has new panels on their way to us, and the flaw affects the aesthetics and not the function of the unit. I will update as soon as we receive the new flawless door panels, and our experience receiving them.

I have not owned a refrigerator that you can customize the aesthetic appearance of it so it will match to your kitchen color wheel! I love the space and how you can adjust some spots of the shelving to suit to your needs. Lots of compartments on its own purposes. I love the self refilling pitcher so much! I don’t have to worry having a cold water to be refilled each time! Having the drinking water set inside the fridge is just fantastic for is having dog who knows how to get by on everything! Ice maker is great, ice cubes are always replenished well to the point of when scooping out some ice it may fell some of it on the back although not a big deal. Two separate freezer and helped me a ton to organize well which of which goes. The other freezer can be customized to your liking, it can be w freezer or just more refrigerator space. I love the drawer type space it had designed! Easy to look into your foods without forgetting your food that got pushed into the back! And I have not mentioned the SMART FEATURES ! This had saved us a ton of not shutting the door fully and our phone will notify us the we left the door open! How cool is that! And on the top of that, you can customize the temperature of your fridge and freezer! Like you really have the control just thru your phone! It was very easy to set it up and only took me within 10mins or even less. Definitely very well worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex™ refrigerator (with customizable glass color panels featuring the beverage center and dual ice maker with Ice Bites) was finally delivered yesterday, and other than the Navy color being much darker than anticipated it is an amazing appliance! The Wifi connectivity is actually useful, and I've transferred everything from my old fridge/freezer and there's gobs of extra room! Love the beverage center with infusable water pitcher, and the crisper drawer and bottom right unit that can be either freezer or fridge. The lighting is beautiful and the anti-slip glass shelf is a lovely added feature, and also the fingerprint resistant surface. Like all Samsung fridges, the door-open alarm is a handy feature too. The temp settings actually run colder than indicated, which is not usually the case so I'm glad it's not too warm. If you like both form AND function with a stylish look this is your refrigerator!

I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I’ll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I’d like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn’t very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don’t need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it’s not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I’m not sure if I’d rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it’s never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone’s ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn’t be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I’ll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there’s two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don’t even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I’m hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn’t a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn’t have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge this past summer, enjoy the fridge very much. There are a few items that i wish would be improved. 1. Fridge makes a popping sound when turning off the compressor 2. Fridge bins in the left hand door do not fit properly in the slots 3. Ice is a pain to get out After saying all of that, I would still purchase the fridge again. It looks sleek and shiny in our kitchen. I do not know how to rectify the ice being a pain to access. It was also extremely expensive for a fridge. It has great space and seems to work efficiently (based on power drawn) and I really enjoy the water pitcher in the door.

The 4 door feature makes organizing much easier and there's also a self filling water pitcher as well as an ice dispenser. The look of the fridge is sleek and modern, and has an array of features. Pleased with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually a fridge is just a fridge, but there are some new features here that I initially considered gimmicky, but now have fallen in love with. The first is the beverage center. Being able to quickly grab a pitcher of water, that's always full, has made filling the coffee machine so much more convenient. The other is the freezer configuration - it has more room that our older counter depth side-by-side, even with two different kinds of ice being made at the same time. It's also quieter than our previous fridge from 2008. Overall, the stainless finish is OK. It shows less fingerprints, not zero fingerprints. The fridge has never been able to join our wireless network for SmarterThings. We have an Eero 6e network setup with WPA3 enabled, and the fridge will associate with the network, get an IP, and never stay connected for more than a few seconds. We tried disabling features on the network, and same results. Eventually gave up and put an old cheap AP in place for just this to connect to. Just note if you have an Eero 6E mesh network, could have issues connecting. Once it was connected, nice to be able to configure the device using an app.

If we need more refrigerator space no problem, more freezer space no problem. We also love the two types of ice! So far this refrigerator has been a great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months back. Looks great, has cool features. I like how you can change out the panel colors. Two different ice trays, water and inside the doors for a cleaner look. Bright LED lights and flex zone is great.
