This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. So now I will be forced to choose white or stainless which I could have had in any frig on the market back then. It's unfortunate that Samsung has put so much money into marketing the Bespoke line and not into the actual product they sold.

The beverage center is so helpful to have. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is and I tell them that it also works great. The 2 kinds of ice is a bonus. Don’t hesitate to buy this! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung Smart Things app connectivity was a breeze to do. Just scanned the QR code and everything was connected through WiFi and could easily control the Flex Zone settings and other settings. Controlling this beast with this technology was amazing. Beverage center is a perfect place for quality and filtered water. Product worked like a diamond. After few pitchers, the water was pristine to drink. Auto-fill pitcher is another great technology to keep the bottle filled every time and this is an amazing addition to my home. This reduces the time to wait for the water to be filled and it is readily available. Ice Maker did its magic in delivering 2 varieties of ice. Moving from a standard one to 4 door gave us plenty of room to keep things refrigerated. And Flex Zone is a plus when i don't need more items to froze. Counter depth was perfect to the kitchen as it didn't take any extra space. The stainless steel is amazing.. and it looks like a mirror... Upgrading from the app was great and it worked fine. Overall a best class Refrigerator from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical that I would use all the functions this fridge claims to have but after using it for a couple days I'm a believer! This fridge has everything, even things you don't even think of. First off--the dual ice maker. It's a game changer. Once side makes cubed ice while the other side makes ice bites so you can choose what works best for you. The water pitcher built in to the fridge is awesome---when you take some water and replace the pitcher, it fills it right back up. It's truly worthy of the title "beverage center" because it has two different ways to get water plus holds a good amount of canned liquids to grab quickly. The one thing I was totally amazed by was the slide-in shelf. Let's say you have a big container of juice or a bog bowl where you made something for a holiday---and it doesn't fit on the bottom shelf. The shelf actually tucks part way into itself so you can fit the item in that spot--it's so simple yet awesome. I will say that I don't think the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant, but that's something I'm ok with as it is easy to clean. The SmartThings app connects seamlessly with the fridge so you can monitor the appliance directly from your phone. Additionally, the bottom right area can be used for either fridge or freezer---the FlexZone area--so you can make it be used for your specific needs. Get this fridge--you won't regret it!

The water pitcher is great because it’s full every time I come back to it. I can’t wait to start using it to infuse my water with fruits! Opening that anrea without opening the whole refrigerator is so neat! The bottle/can storage allows me to grab a drink and go! Also, the two different sizes of ice in the freezer actually makes a difference! I can use the larger cubes for a cocktail and it does it melt quickly. The smaller cubes can go in my water bottle for working out. Also, this refrigerator is very roomy. I can fit so many things in here. My husband is a truck driver and takes a large lunch bag to work. The whole thing slides in the refrigerator with no problem. Because the freezer is two doors, I have all of my meat on one side and frozen fruits, veggies, and miscellaneous things on the other side. I am proud of this purchase!

From the aesthetic panels to the auto-fill water pitcher to the WiFi connectivity, this fridge has it all. I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge. The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

There is so much room and storage space to organize your food without cramming it full and not being able to see anything. The water pitcher in the door is a GAME CHANGER. I absolutely must have water in my fridge, but with a toddler able to reach the external water dispenser we could no longer use ours anymore. This one is safe from pesky toddler hands and honestly I prefer the pitcher so much more over the dispenser. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is amazing! We have been having it for several months now and love everything about it. I can’t decide if I like the look or functionality better. The glass panels have a sleek look and are virtually smudge proof. The few smudges and fingerprints that were left wipe away with ease. One of my favorite features is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser and pitcher are hidden behind a door. The self-filling pitcher is great. My daughter enjoys having water infused with lemon. Another feature I love is the bottom right storage space is customizable to be a refrigerator or freezer (and you can make these adjustments easily from your phone!) There is a lot of storage in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The ice bins are a little small and ice sometimes spills behind the bins. The fact that this unit make two different size cube makes up for the bin issue in my opinion. I do wish the shelves in the refrigerator where more adjustable so I could have more height. Overall, we all love this refrigerator and are very happy with the purchase!

I chose counter depth - bespoke flex 4 door Pros: Clean look/no bulky handles Has cubed and chipped ice Third compartment can convert to fridge or freezer separate freezer compartments (perfect for meats and seafood) Water dispenser and pitcher combo Bluetooth enabled French doors Flex shelf -half folds up for tall containers/bottles Love that I don’t have dig down in the freezer Cons Inside fridge space is small Even with counter depth my fridge stuck out a good amount and I have standard counters Ice sometimes falls behind the trays No ice dispenser panels sold separately and can get pricey but you pay for a nicer look Ice takes a while to make Has adjustable shelves but wish they had a wider range to adjust (height) if you have lots of tall containers (milk, juice bottles, wine bottles, sauce etc) I don’t recommend this fridge, you have limited space for these items Overall I love my fridge! I would complain that shipping got delayed multiple times with “false updates” and when installed, they neglected to install a few pieces and I had to look up the fridge installation to figure out where those price belonged.
