We have 3 little ones at home and the finger smudge free technology is perfect for these little sticky fingers. The fridge is easy to install, spacious and the sliding shelves make it so easy to store and getting my food. I'm obsessed with the beverage center. Auto fill pitched is a time saver and the water tastes amazingly good! The duo ice maker is a game changer for the ice lover in me - Different kinds of ice for different occasions. The UV light eliminates odor, which make the fridge always smelling good and fresh! Flexzone also allow the flexibility to usage my fridge/freezer space. This fridge was designed with consumers in mind while looking so chic and sleek, which fits right into our new built kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The four door refrigerator has a sleek look and works well in our relatively new kitchen. I don’t like that fingerprints show very easily and I find I have to clean the doors much more frequently than I’d like. While you gain in aesthetics by not having door handles, you lose the ability to open and close a door without having to touch and dirty the actual doors. I particularly love the freezer. The ability to open just one side is nice. I was not aware that the flex zone could be converted to additional refrigerator space. I haven’t used it yet but look to trying it. The multiple pull out shelves and additional door bins make it very easy to organize frozen items. The refrigerator is spacious. The door bins are extra deep and can accommodate multiple half gallon milk cartons and/or bottles of juice. I do miss having the extra cold cut drawer that I had in my last refrigerator but am learning to work with the new space. The beverage center is nice and the built in pitcher is very convenient. I frequently open the beverage center door when I am trying to open the full door but expect I will get used to it with time. Overall, I think we will be very happy with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge, but needs a few functional design modifications to improve ease of use. The design is nice and modern and I really like how clean it looks. Definitely finger proof (as long as your hands aren’t covered). The UV sanitizer inside is a nice addition! The shelves are easy to move around for what works best for you and there is plenty of storage in the doors in both the fridge and freezer/ flex zones. The shelves in the freezer and flex zone pull out, which is amazing for easily finding what you’re looking for. The beverage zone is perfect, I use large water cups and the pitcher makes it so much quicker to fill my cup. The flex zone is a really cool feature, we plan on using it for drinks and a wine fridge. Overall I’m very satisfied with this fridge. A few things could do with adjustments. The ice maker is awesome and I love the ice bites, but the tray is kind of awful. The pieces that go in the front of the tray to hold the scoop just get in the way and make it super difficult to get ice and the back is really low so when the tray is full of ice and you try to scoop up ice it pushes ice off the back and they fall to the shelf below. My back would also appreciate if the ice shelf could be pulled out a little further. The handles on the bottom of the fridge doors are a kind of weird angle to turn my wrist. It would be nice if there was also a handle on the top. There’s also no cheese drawer, the junk drawer of the fridge, so there’s not really anywhere to easily store the small awkward shaped items. Right note I’m using a basket, but I’m going to have to see if I can find a drawer I can set on one of the shelves. Overall I really like this fridge. While it could use a few improvements, its design has been well thought out and it provides a new type of flexibility and a new approach to fridges.

I have not owned a refrigerator that you can customize the aesthetic appearance of it so it will match to your kitchen color wheel! I love the space and how you can adjust some spots of the shelving to suit to your needs. Lots of compartments on its own purposes. I love the self refilling pitcher so much! I don’t have to worry having a cold water to be refilled each time! Having the drinking water set inside the fridge is just fantastic for is having dog who knows how to get by on everything! Ice maker is great, ice cubes are always replenished well to the point of when scooping out some ice it may fell some of it on the back although not a big deal. Two separate freezer and helped me a ton to organize well which of which goes. The other freezer can be customized to your liking, it can be w freezer or just more refrigerator space. I love the drawer type space it had designed! Easy to look into your foods without forgetting your food that got pushed into the back! And I have not mentioned the SMART FEATURES ! This had saved us a ton of not shutting the door fully and our phone will notify us the we left the door open! How cool is that! And on the top of that, you can customize the temperature of your fridge and freezer! Like you really have the control just thru your phone! It was very easy to set it up and only took me within 10mins or even less. Definitely very well worth it!

This is my first Samsung Fridge - my TVs are all Samsung as well as our mobile phones. This Fridge is really cool and elegant and has transformed our kitchen given its very exquisite modern look, the glass panels and the 4 door combo. The Fridge is very technologically advanced and you can control certain features through a mobile App. My favorite in the Fridge ia the automatically refillable water pitcher! This is a very cool innovation that revised the water immediately you put back the pitcher. You no longer have to stand and wait in front of the Fridge for your glass to fill up! The water pitcher also has an internal pouch where you can place lemon, mint leaves or other fruit to get your flavored water at your fingertips!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for more than a month and I LOVE it! The space in the refrigerator is very large and is way more than I need, but it is great to have the added space when I need it occasionally. The look and design is amazing. I chose the color Blue and it definitely stands out in our kitchen. It is now the first thing that people notice when they come into our kitchen. I was first a little concerned about the size of the freezer, I though it might not be enough space, but now I have way more space than I need. In my last freezer, it was filled to the rim, and now I barely use 1 side completely and about a fifth part of the second freezer area. I love that the drawers in the freezer slide out because it makes storage so much easier and I can organize the food so much better. The best part of this fridge has definitely been the Dual Ice Maker! Every single person that I show it to is amazed and immediately say they want one too. The only negative review I have about this refrigerator is that although the ice maker is my favorite feature, it does take about 24 hours to completely fill the ice containers after being empty. I previously had a Samsung refrigerator and was very disappointed with it, but this refrigerator has been the best upgrade in appliances I have made.

We bought this about 10 months ago. It's nice. Looks great. Except. The freezer door will open as you open the refrigerator door. Or as you close it. Or if it feels like it. There are motion sensors in the sides of the doors, a nearby hand wave will do it. The freezer will stay open a half inch until your food defrosts or you come home and notice. My take on this is that refrigerators have been around for 100 years. The science of getting the doors to close should have been settled by now. Two service calls. The first recommended loading the door with heavy stuff so it stayed closed. Service tech said this was a known problem. The second replaced the door. Neither fix worked. Samsung is not exactly jumping through hoops to fix this, so I guess for the 10 years and one month that refrigerators last these days, we will have soft ice cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge six months ago so I have gotten a really good feel for it’s quality & functionality by now. I am a foodie & the main cook & grocery shopper in my house so a great quality fridge is simply necessity for me. The first thing that caught my attention was obviously the gorgeous glass exterior. It is a stunningly beautiful, modern & unique looking fridge but as I examined the floor model in person I fell in love with the interior as well. I love the auto refill water pitcher. Used heavily by the whole family. I rarely buy water bottles anymore. It also has a water dispenser which I love for my five year old who can easily serve himself water without my help. I love how both of these features are on the inside of the fridge as opposed to the outside giving it a clean sleek look. On to the freezer… I didn’t think I’d love scooping out the ice from the little bins but now I actually prefer it because when we have company I can just pull the whole container out & there’s a bunch of ice ready to go. No need to stand there & noisily fill every cup at a traditional ice dispenser. I love the two different size ice cubes. Perhaps a bit extra but I personally love options! Next & probably our favorite & the thing our guests are always impressed with is that we use the bottom right portion as an mini fridge/adult beverage space. Another thing I love is how easy it is to clean. I’ve cleaned many fridges & this has been the only one I actually enjoy cleaning. No inaccessible cracks or nooks. Everything is easy to remove & wash. The glass cleans easily with regular glass cleaner or warm water & Dawn dish liquid. A couple things to note: make sure you check & wash the water pitcher frequently because ours has grown small bits of mildew if we don’t wash it often. The pitcher is very easy to take apart, wash & put back together. Also, the pitcher will not fill with water if you don’t put it precisely in place. Happens a several times a week especially because how heavily we use it. This fridge will beep if the door is not closed properly. Only annoying when you clean the fridge. It will alarm several times. I recommend downloading the app to alert your phone so your food doesn’t go bad. To conclude, sometimes you buy a product & when you use it you wonder if the people who created it actually tested it in real work environments but I feel like THIS product was actually used & tested because it just works & flows as a whole & any kinks have already been caught & fixed before it gets to the consumer. It’s well made. Well put together. Functional. Looks beautiful in my home. Guests always compliment & want to to more about it. Super happy over all with my refrigerator!

Let me tell you, this refrigerator is awsome, from the clean look, to the size and the way you canbchange the freezer to be a refrigerator. All my appliances are Samsung and so far, i wouldn't change to any other brand.
