Looks are amazing. It excels at cleaning without prescrubbing, operates whisper-quiet, and includes smart drying with its AutoRelease door. The spacious third rack is a thoughtful bonus. While not every load may emerge completely dry, performance is usually strong—especially when paired with quality detergent and rinse aid. I would highly recommend this.

I have a repair person coming out on the 28th which is a huge inconvenience. Other than the sensor going bad, its been a good dishwasher.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER. IT CAME BROKE. AND WARRANTY IS AWFUL. WE HAVE BEEN SITTING W A BROKEN USELESS DISHWASHER FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. THE "WARRANTY VENDOR" HAS BEEN A JOKE. FINALLY, GOT AN APPT ... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is worth every penny. It's the quietest Dishwasher and I've had 40 years of buying and using a wide variety of dishwashers. This unit does an outstanding job cleaning my dishes and storm wash blew me out of the water on a huge family dinner load. I was skeptical of the top utensil racks cleaning ability, but wow it's never been an issue. The open door air out at the end of a cycle is such a nice feature. Then to top it all off I love that I can see, check on and control my cycles. Switch it on as Im heading out for the day. Knowing it's completed when Im other wise occupied. You've done a stellar job with this one.

I love how it cleans everything and there is no build up or traces of anything after the cycle ends. The AutoRelease feature is great! It saves on energy by not having a drying cycle. I love it!!

I love the top shelf that is designed for utensils and small items. As a family of 7, we need a dishwasher that can handle a lot of wear and tear. This dishwasher has delivered.

It’s also super quiet, which I didn’t realize would make such a difference. I can run it while watching TV and not even notice it’s on. The StormWash feature is legit—my dishes come out sparkling even when I don’t rinse them first. I also love that the door pops open at the end to help with drying. Setup was easy, and it connects to my smart home stuff without any hassle. Definitely happy with this purchase!

This may be a good unit, but Sams has failed to install the unit in the house. They hired a company that doesn't even have the common install parts to install the thing and they said it's my responsibility to provide parts and they weren't paid to haul away the old. Customer service is all but useless. I have to call to get any update. My emails to the tickets are never answered.
