Well designed dishwasher with lots of options.

Failed after 18 months - Limited Warranty Support

After 18 months it started intermittently powering off. Bought an extended warranty and Samsung will not repair it. The only sent a partial refund so we are stuck having to burn money to buy a cheaper model.

White ordered, Grey delivered,

We paid extra to get a white one, and what we got is a grey one. Model number says it's white. Eyeballs say it's grey. Support says it's white. I t attached a photo that clearly shows that it is grey next to our very white kitchen cabinets.

Terrible install

We purchased Samsung dishwasher online, we made the choice due to the fact that the delivery, install, abd haul away were free. The install was horrible, the company being used has zero professional tact, at least the install crew. First they arrived and tried to drop it off and leave, they saud that they were behind and were in a hurry. My wife said no your supposed to install and haul away the old one. He then was bothered and asked us for tools because he had none. We provided what he needed and he then installed. A few days later my wife noticed water leaking under the disposal cabinet. Upon inspection these dummies either pushed the drain pipe on left hand side of sink or moved it somehow. I sent sams an email, they emailed the company used Im assuming, a supervisor calls me from the vendor and he asks whats leaking, i explain and he says well I don't know why they would even touch the drain pipe. As to imply possibly we caused the issue, I said well we didn't have this problem prior. Then he apologized and said the guy was new and in training. Thats not the case they were in a hurry because they were behind. Sadly I will not purchasing big items anymore. Its been 5 days still waiting to be fixed. Sam's I need a gift card for my horrible experience at the bare minimum. Dishwasher is great, install sucks!
