I love this dishwasher, however the delivery and installation company RXO isn't so great. The delivery technicians barely spoke English and they left me with a dishwasher sticking way out of the cabinet. RXO only delivers to my area on Mondays so tomorrow I will have to take time off of work again tomorrow for a service call to try and get this properly installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazingly quiet and stylish dishwasher. I have owned other dishwashers in the past (including other Samsung) and this one is the quietest I've ever had. You can't even tell that it is on unless you are trying to find the sound. Highly Recommend.

It is wonderful not having to clean the inside of dishwasher every week of the mold/mildew that developed in the older (4 year old) one it replaced. 4 stars-nothing is perfect!

Lots of space to load items compared to my previous dishwasher, and I enjoy having the top rack for silverware. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to go dishwasher shopping. I had a few things in mind that I wanted out of a dishwasher. I wanted it to be quiet and and I wanted it to be efficient. This Samsung dishwasher does both of those things very well. It's not uncommon for me to think that I forgot to start the dishwasher because iof how quiet it is unless you are really listening. You cannot tell that the dishwasher is doing its job until you stand next to it. The efficiency has also been great at use my mobile app to monitor the elite, electricity and water usage. And I'm very satisfied with the low consumption. It is very sleek. It's clean looking and I like that. The buttons are on the top, which kind of help to give it a more minimalistic look. I tend to just use the auto feature for all of my dishwasher needs that way, it does its best to clean based on how dirty the dishes are, it makes things very easy. The only reason I have a 4 stars instead of a 5 stars is because I do wish this dishwasher had a drying feel feature other than it opening the door which is a very nice touch. But I would have preferred another method of drying. Overall, this is a strongly recommended dishwasher, and I'm very happy that I have purchased it.

This dishwasher came installed in our builders package. I hate that it does not dry the dishes, instead the door pops open and sometimes falls all the way instead of just cracked. Either way, the dishes are always soaking wet because they're is no heated dry feature! If I wanted to hand dry my dishes I would have hand washed them also. Ridiculous. There is no way to know when the rinse aid compartment is low. It is very quiet and cleans well but I need it to dry the dishes also. Looks like I might have to deal it out for the one in our old house, that builder package was much better- Whirlpool products, that we never had s problem with. The microwave in this Samsung package is pretty but takes longer to hear, popcorn button leaves tons of kennels, the oven chipped inside after 3 uses while I was just wiping up a spill with a wet rag. And the stove disks are in very inconvenient places. But, my complaint is that the dishes don't get dried by this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is incredibly quiet. It was easy to install and has done nothing but deliver clean plates, shining silverware, and spotless glasses. The 3rd rack for untensils saves space below so you can really load up on bowls and plates. The extendable 2nd rack is great at preventing glasses from rolling over. It's easy to use and the self popping feature is great at helping steam dissipate quickly before unloading. It's able to connect to Samsung Smart Things which is nice if you have a house too big to hear your dishwasher finish it's cycle.

I love the way the door opens automatically to let the dishes air dry. I'm very pleased with all the available options to choose from while selecting the type of wash I desire.

Ability to get notifications on Smartthings app and control the dishwasher options from the app makes life easier. The 3rd rack is great for small items like spoons, knives forks etc. The Auto Open door after wash is great as well. Quite when running. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who needs a good dishwasher with 3rd rack and app connectivity
