Not happy with the printer also the ink is expensive. My husband just bought ink the printer update software that didn’t recognize the cartridge so we bought more. Too expensive

Great product - genuine HP. Lowest price I could find anywhere. Ordered and paid on line and picked up about 1/2 hr later at the store. No waiting on line.

The HP product is flawless in its performance.  In my view, HP has built in a resistance to other competitive products being used in their hardware.  As a result, I rate it a 3 start....5 for performance and 1 for value.

Performs perfectlty....but over priced.

HP ink has gotten very expensive. Three tanks of color cost almost as much as the printer. I'm not sure the quality is better than a generic would be..

Ordering on-line and having it delivered to the house was super convenient.  When comparing the prices to others, again Sam's Club offered an excellent value. At first I wasn't sure but when comparing the packaging, the Sam's offering was the XL High Yield cartridges which confirmed the value.

I ordered these on 5/30 with a 6/1 delivery and didn't receive it until 6/13

Great Ink

As soon as I received the ink set, I set it up, but it just keeps showing an error message saying there is no ink left and asking me to try again, so I haven't been able to use it or print for several days.
When I checked my order history, it said that this product cannot be returned, so I contacted customer service, and they immediately said that it was a problem with my machine. No, until I replaced it with a new one, the machine was working fine with only a sign saying "Ink shortage." The customer service response was absurd.
And when I asked, "How do you know?", they immediately changed their words and said that this product was sold by a third party, not Samsclub, so I asked them and they would contact me within a day or two.
I called on 8/7/24, and I haven't heard anything back yet, so I'm leaving a review here.
However, I just found out that the return policy for this product's post clearly states that it can be returned, so why is the policy different here and in my order history? I hope Sams will quickly respond and resolve this issue.

Return policy issue and customer service issue

I had trouble loading the color blue ink.  The printer told me that the cartridge was not a certified HP ink cartridge.  The ink is more expensive than when I order it from HP, but it is quicker to get!!
