Good quality product..... IF you can open the package! Really question the over the top packaging. Need half an hour to get the package open and hope i don't jab myself in the process

Good price for the size of the cartridges compared to other stores

This ink (like most) is ridiculously expensive, but buying it at Sam’s Club is a great way to get it. It’s the genuine HP ink and comes completely sealed so it can be stored for a while. I have researched buying it at Sam’s vs HP, and at least you know you’re getting the genuine HP ink at Sam’s!

I ran out of color ink and went to Sams to purchase the replacement cartridge. Only to find I had run out of black ink a couple days later. I was working that day so I ordered the black ink cartridge from Sam’s.com. Smooth operation now. Thanx to Sams club.

I really prefer to purchase my Ink through Sam's. It is always fresh and not dried out so I feel I get all the copies I should be. I have had purchased dried up ink cartridges off the shelf at other stores and I must say, with the cost of ink buying it twice is not an option for a small business.

Super QUICK delivery! I am a kinder-teacher and when I run out of ink, it's a catastrophe since I need to make center pieces to keep my little ones engaged. I was able to order the ink cartridges and pick them up at the store. They aren't always in stock, but they made sure they were there when I needed them. Thank you.

I had trouble loading the color blue ink. The printer told me that the cartridge was not a certified HP ink cartridge. The ink is more expensive than when I order it from HP, but it is quicker to get!!

As soon as I received the ink set, I set it up, but it just keeps showing an error message saying there is no ink left and asking me to try again, so I haven't been able to use it or print for several days. When I checked my order history, it said that this product cannot be returned, so I contacted customer service, and they immediately said that it was a problem with my machine. No, until I replaced it with a new one, the machine was working fine with only a sign saying "Ink shortage." The customer service response was absurd. And when I asked, "How do you know?", they immediately changed their words and said that this product was sold by a third party, not Samsclub, so I asked them and they would contact me within a day or two. I called on 8/7/24, and I haven't heard anything back yet, so I'm leaving a review here. However, I just found out that the return policy for this product's post clearly states that it can be returned, so why is the policy different here and in my order history? I hope Sams will quickly respond and resolve this issue.

The one star rating is not for the ink. I haven't used the ink yet, I am sure it will be fine. The 1 Star rating is a result of the FedEx delivery service. At least on the MS Gulf Coast FedEx has seriously dropped the ball with delivering on time. This is not the first time FedEx has delivered a late and damaged delivery. Sam's should consider using a different delivery service.

HP products are way too expensive so if you have their Printer, they got you no way out
