We hated this ultra plus mattress. It's like molasses for the top 3 inches then hard as a brick underneath, which doesn't work for a side sleeper with hips. Returning this has been a NIGHTMARE, 3.5 weeks of Sam's telling me someone would contact me to pick it up. Finally I get a call from some company I've never heard of and I have to wait another week. They were supposed to pick it up but waited to contact me that day to ask for a picture of the mattress. They finally showed up in some random pickup the next day. It's been 2 days and I still haven't been credited for my return. I've been calling Sam's all day and they keep hanging up on me. I contacted the company that picked the mattress up and they say they emailed Sam's, but Sam's acts completely clueless. Now I'm still fighting to get my money back and I'm absolutely furious because Sam's had a junk removal company pick up the mattress. They'd rather send a brand new mattress to the landfill then let me donate it to charity. We are so done with Sam's, they suck.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of free shipping for Plus members. It is unacceptable that despite paying for a Plus membership, this basic benefit is not provided. What exactly is the purpose of the Plus membership if it does not include essential perks like free shipping?

This mattress is more comfortable than our temperpedic mattress that cost more than twice as much. I admit I was skeptical at first but the first time I laid down on it I was in heaven. We also purchased the adjustable frame and without a doubt they are a winning combination.

I have on one of these Eight months now .. Always had the 3000.00 Temprapeutic Mattress.. My temprapeutics usually lasts About four years, i'm a big guy I've owned 2. I have enjoyed this sams version as much as the expensive version.. I've seen people complain about the Smell , That's something you have to get use to with any memory foam mattress.. My only dislike, It has about a half inch topper that wrinkles up and there's nothing you can do about it . (temprapeutics have zippers) This is reason it's not getting the full five ... price value ,five stars.. Comfort level ,five stars..

First we purchased one for our toddler’s big boy bed. After trying it out for a month we ended up buying another for our own bed. For a foam bed, it’s pretty great. I’d like to see the edges more firm but that seems to be a problem with foam beds in general.

I have purchased the Serta mattress at sams and the quality is way different. This mattress is very weak around the edges and the corners are worse. If you are using a platform bed that is slatted the mattress will push right through so you will need some kind of support between your mattress and the slots. I would recommend the serta bed in a box over this one for sure.

I was a bit spectical at first about buying a Sam's Club (Member's Mark) branded mattress at such a low price. I've always had a Sealy, Serta or a Sterns & Foster. I figured that it wouldn't be any good. But I read the reviews and decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did! This mattress is AWESOME!!! I've had two spinal disc surgeries about 4 years ago and finding a comfortable mattress, with the right support, has been a challenge to say the least. I've been sleeping on a $2,000 Sterns & Foster for the past 4 years that was supposed to be "top of the line" in comfort, but even that mattress doesn't come anywhere close the true comfort of this one. I purchased the Queen size at about 10 in the morning and even though on the Sam's Club website it recommends that you allow the mattress a full 48 hours to conform to it's full size, mine was fully conformed in a matter of a few hours. I was able to sleep on it that same night. It was the first fully restful night's sleep I've gotten since my surgeries. It's nice and plush, but not so soft that you sink into the middle of it. It's got just the right amount of firmness for that much needed support. I've always been a hot sleeper and I found this mattress keeps me at a cool level of comfort all night long. I don't think I can say anything else about it other than it's just a really good mattress, and for the price, you just can't beat it!

Bought a cal king a year ago and am extremely happy with this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and found it a bit firm, even in ultra plush, but I bought a Serta memory foam-and-"fluff" mattress pad, which made it exquisitely comfortable. Now the mattress and sleeping is perfect and absolutely delightful for me. I love getting in the bed, so look forward to those few minutes of enjoying the mattress cushy comfort before drifting off to sleep. My 75 pound dog jumps up in the night and I don't feel it at all. I only know she did it because she is still there in the morning. LOL Will buy another, smaller, when I relocate in a couple months. You can not beat this for the price. I couldn't be any happier with it. Seriously

astronomical mattresses. Definitely choose this one over the new hybrid one. My entire household has these in all sizes. I bought my first one about 5 years ago and it hasn't had any impressions or imperfections. highly recommended. It has significantly reduced my lower back and hip pains. even the dogs love it

I love how it feel and I am able to sleep so well to the point I don't want to get out of bed. my body does not get any aches or pain laying on it and this mattress actual helps with me not sweating at night like I have done with other mattresses in the past. All in all it was a great investment for the price it was and my body/my sleep is all the better for it.
