It starts with the unpacking. You will have to unwind layer upon layer upon layer of plastic - just great for the environment. First time I sat at the edge of the mattress I completely sank into it and my legs disappeared in the foam - I am only weighing 170 lb, mind you! Then I tried sitting at the top of the mattress, a large foam cushion behind my back, making me sit up straight for reading - I looked at my feet up in the air, because once again my buttocks sank into this supposedly medium firm sea of foam. I know I am supposed to sleep on this thing, but even stretching out on this soft foam you have to watch out not to suffocate because once again you are going under! the description says only the first layer is soft, well this thing is soft all the way to the bottom of it. Quite frankly, never have seen or laid upon such a piece of junk 'mattress' in my life, and I have slept on many. This thing is going back right away!

Comfortable little bed for now! Sleeping on a daybed after the move and had to order this twin mattress up really quick. Picked up with no issues from local Sam's Club. It has been a couple of weeks and it is actually really comfortable. It's going to end up in the office as a spare bed and I know the kids or even a single adult is going to be very comfortable sleeping on it for a few days or even an extended visit. I am most happy with the purchase and even debating ordering one for my bed or stepping up to the hybrid one for my bed. The price can't be beat!

A few months after my trip, I decided to purchase it. 1. Delivery: Arrived on time, even a day earlier than expected. 2. Condition: The mattress was well-sealed and arrived in good condition with no visible damage. As a 5'2", 140-pound 39 yrs old woman, I didn’t found it challenging to unpack alone. 3. Comfort: The mattress is very comfortable. I fell in love with it instantly and hope it remains so in the long term. The following factors led to a lower rating: 4. Odor: The mattress has a strong paint-like smell. During my trip, I experienced a running nose and shortness of breath upon entering my accommodation, which I initially attributed to the weather. However, upon unboxing the mattress, I experienced similar symptoms again, which makes me wonder if it's related to the mattress odor. 5. Durability: As I've just received the mattress, I cannot yet assess its durability. I hope this review provides helpful insights into my experience with this mattress.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of free shipping for Plus members. It is unacceptable that despite paying for a Plus membership, this basic benefit is not provided. What exactly is the purpose of the Plus membership if it does not include essential perks like free shipping?

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

First new mattress in 20 years. Would give five stars but I have no reference for what a five star mattress would be. But I love this one. I would buy again. We mattress shopped locally first and decided to order this, due to the way better price and figured we would have to give up some quality. This mattress feels as nice as the $950 one at the store. We’ve slept very soundly without disturbing each other when one of us rolls over in our sleep. Very happy so far!

So far, it's great 👍 The mattress puffed up quickly right out of the plastic wrap. It might take a few days for my dad to get accustomed to the memory foam, but its better than the cheap mattress from those firm stores at every corner of town. I wish Sam's also sold a base or bunky board.

I feel like my bed never fully expanded, it’s supposed to be firm and it is the softest bed ever and not in a good way. I have tried to return but it is already is out of box in my apartment and I don’t know how to bring it back. Customer Support didn’t help me when I called :( help!

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!

Bought this mattress in September 2024. By April, the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Tried to return, but was strung along until I gave up on returning. Do not buy this mattress!!! It will feel good for a few months, but it won’t go the distance. Wasting your money. Sam’s club really failed on quality and customer service! Won’t buy any big ticket items from them again.
