I orginally purchased one of these beds with the adjustable base for my mother when she went into independent living. She absolutely loves it and my kids also love resting on grandma's bed. When we moved and my girls had outgrown their bunk beds, I bought two more. So, everyone loves their beds!

With mostly good reviews, my husband and I thought we would save some money and get a decent mattress from Sam's vs overpriced ones elsewhere. Man, were we wrong! When we first tried it out we thought "this is nice". It was softer than the medium-firm description. But the more you lay there, the deeper you sink. You get sweaty it's so hot. And uncomfortable. We had a crick in our neck the first few nights we slept in it (notice "in" it, not on it, because you are in this thing!"). You sink so low as your head stays on your pillow that your neck is in a very awkward position. We added a topper that helped some, but the mattress still sinks and sucks out topper in with it. It stinks right in the middle. We both wind up in the middle in this hole every morning. It's like a nest. A nest made by some gigantic bird that thinks we are its babies. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read, you can forget it with this one. Your bottom sinks in as you sit there and your little legs hang on to the top to keep you from getting completely devoured by the mattress. Reminds me of an old episode of "The Twilight Zone" or "Tales From the Crypt", I can't remember which one, but the bed was eating people. I really do not want to go through the hassle of trying to return this bed, especially because there is no way to get it back in the box. I don't live near by my Sam's Club either. On top of this mattress ordeal, they charged me twice for another item and can't take care of giving me a simple refund over the phone. They want me to drive sixty-six miles round trip to do that. I am very disappointed in customer service right now.

First new mattress in 20 years. Would give five stars but I have no reference for what a five star mattress would be. But I love this one. I would buy again. We mattress shopped locally first and decided to order this, due to the way better price and figured we would have to give up some quality. This mattress feels as nice as the $950 one at the store. We’ve slept very soundly without disturbing each other when one of us rolls over in our sleep. Very happy so far!

After much research we chose this firm, king size mattress. After originally leaning towards a hybrid mattress with springs and foam, we are extremely pleased with our all foam mattress. IMO, the addition of springs just adds an unnecessary quality risk with the way these "bed in a box" mattresses are packed. We had concerns about returnability and felt that a Sam's Club product (Members Mark) would be more highly supported in case there were issues. This mattress gives firm support, yet is comfortable whether a side sleeper or back/stomach sleeper. Without a legitimate firm mattress we are subject to back discomfort. After 7 nights of use we are happy to say that we are extremely pleased with our choice.

Fails over time. I have had this mattress for about a year and we are in the market for a new one. This mattress was great for about 6 months and then began breaking down to the point where I wake up in pain almost every morning. I contacted the local store I bought it from and they said I have owned it for too long for them to do anything so I would not really call that 100% satisfaction guarantee. It would probably be great for a guest bedroom or something that is not used daily.

Mattress is far too soft you will end up with severe neck pains. The mattress has completely compressed and now I am experiencing both neck and back pains. This all even though I didn't sit or sleep on it for 72 hrs. after opening. This scenario is absolutely absurd and very disappointing

The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

I had such high hopes for this mattress as I am a big time lover of the Members Mark brand.. however, this mattress did not prove its 4.5 star review. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt despite seeing reviews about the mattress only inflating to 10 inches but that has proven true in my case as well. The edges of the mattress remained compressed and the cover fabric was loose due to the lack of foam inflation. Sadly I will be returning this mattress.

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.

We bought a new mattress for our new camper. Slept like a baby the first night, and I never sleep good the first night out. We were amazed. So when we got back home, we ordered another mattress for our bed. Coming in a few days and I cant wait! This is a happy camper!
