Fails over time. I have had this mattress for about a year and we are in the market for a new one. This mattress was great for about 6 months and then began breaking down to the point where I wake up in pain almost every morning. I contacted the local store I bought it from and they said I have owned it for too long for them to do anything so I would not really call that 100% satisfaction guarantee. It would probably be great for a guest bedroom or something that is not used daily.

First new mattress in 20 years. Would give five stars but I have no reference for what a five star mattress would be. But I love this one. I would buy again. We mattress shopped locally first and decided to order this, due to the way better price and figured we would have to give up some quality. This mattress feels as nice as the $950 one at the store. We’ve slept very soundly without disturbing each other when one of us rolls over in our sleep. Very happy so far!

astronomical mattresses. Definitely choose this one over the new hybrid one. My entire household has these in all sizes. I bought my first one about 5 years ago and it hasn't had any impressions or imperfections. highly recommended. It has significantly reduced my lower back and hip pains. even the dogs love it

The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

First time as an adult buying a mattress, so not ganna lie i had no idea what to look for, but after some research about different types and brands this was a good match. Its a little more firm then i would have liked, but its not uncomfortable at all. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

I have had the mattress 11 days. The topper is already coming apart and bunching up. My wife and I are of average height and weight. I am concerned about the quality and will be returning the mattress to the store where I bought it. I hope I don't have problems returning the mattress.

With mostly good reviews, my husband and I thought we would save some money and get a decent mattress from Sam's vs overpriced ones elsewhere. Man, were we wrong! When we first tried it out we thought "this is nice". It was softer than the medium-firm description. But the more you lay there, the deeper you sink. You get sweaty it's so hot. And uncomfortable. We had a crick in our neck the first few nights we slept in it (notice "in" it, not on it, because you are in this thing!"). You sink so low as your head stays on your pillow that your neck is in a very awkward position. We added a topper that helped some, but the mattress still sinks and sucks out topper in with it. It stinks right in the middle. We both wind up in the middle in this hole every morning. It's like a nest. A nest made by some gigantic bird that thinks we are its babies. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read, you can forget it with this one. Your bottom sinks in as you sit there and your little legs hang on to the top to keep you from getting completely devoured by the mattress. Reminds me of an old episode of "The Twilight Zone" or "Tales From the Crypt", I can't remember which one, but the bed was eating people. I really do not want to go through the hassle of trying to return this bed, especially because there is no way to get it back in the box. I don't live near by my Sam's Club either. On top of this mattress ordeal, they charged me twice for another item and can't take care of giving me a simple refund over the phone. They want me to drive sixty-six miles round trip to do that. I am very disappointed in customer service right now.

Do not buy if you have any form of back issues. I let fully expand before sleeping on it, I would wake through the night with lower back pain which isnt uncommon and reason why i bought bew mattress so i didnt think anything of it. By morning the pain is completely unbareable ive never experienced pain this bad. There is zero support with this mattress and is on the plush side nothing medium about it.

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!
