[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a very old oven and switching to this one has caused me some minor grief. First the knobs are different order from my old one. Then when I ent to start the stove the process is different and of course the installers did not show me so I had to look it up. Then I found out it goes from high to low instead of the other way around. The final straw is I went to se the timer for 3 minutes 30 seconds only to find out there is no seconds on the timer. All of these things are minor but annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it earlier this year and am happy with it. My Four-star rating is because of keeping the surface around the burner stain-free. Should I use any special cleaner on this enameled surface? Another minor issue is the rubber bumpers on cast iron grate feet. They seem to melting/sticky due to the heat of hot grates, I plan to call Samsung assuming it is still under warranty. Otherwise completely satisfied. Good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago, I am happy with it, however, I wish if I you had some of the features that I had on my previous Samsung range. I wish if you I will be able to see the clock while using the oven, also I wish if you had a light button, so I will not open the oven all the time to see what is happening with the food.

we love our new samsung range, it's easy to clean, cooks like a dream, and the many oven choice setting are fantastic. one little complaint, i wish the led display color was not blue! i am constantly catching the reflection of it on the black stovetop and think one of the burners is on! i'm sure i'll get used to it and stop checking,and then miss that a burner is on.

Range is delivered but not installed although installation was part of the order.
