i have a HONDA portable generator and this generac iq 2000 is more quiet than the honda and it costs me less money. i am very satisfied with this product.

We purchased this unit to run our camper when boon-docking. It hiccups a but on a/c start up, but does the job. It was worked well. I do wish it had a larger fuel tank, but it is sufficient. We have up around 150 hrs on it so far.

Once I put the oil in and gas my first pull on the cord it started very quiet and very impressed I bought it for extra power for my camper and also building a house

Also own a Honda 3000iu for my camper, I'm disabled and have trouble lifting and managing a bulky load. Wish I had just purchased 2 of the Generac 2000iq generators.

I was very impressed with the quality at this price range. Love this generator. The only ask is put a gas gauge say side linear window or tube showing gas level .

I bought mine in July and had never unboxed until Warning for Hurricane Dorian were issued for PR. I pulled first time and it started turned off and tried again and the cord came completely out!!

I own a generac 20kw standby and a Honda 2000 watt portable. Now I have a Generac GP2200i. It does everything the Honda does and is just as quiet for half the price. Don't pay more for the Honda.

Bought it in February. Unpacked it in October. Battery was connected (wasn't supposed to be) and there was oil in the motor (wasn't supposed to be any oil). Must have been a refurbed item. Battery is dead and is not covered by warranty.

Impressed by the operation and features of the unit, especially the load indicator and fuel usage as load increases.

Great generator packing sucks side of the unit slightly crushed but it runs great! Looks like fedex droped it or just kicked it around
