great quietly running machine that does the trick for me who is on oxygen full time and fears power outages that this machine can be the answer for this situation. Impressed and very pleased.

We purchased the unit for an auxiliary power source while camping. It has been the most reliable and convenient unit we have ever used. The cost was great, the support is fantastic and the unit is exactly what we needed.

I bought mine in July and had never unboxed until Warning for Hurricane Dorian were issued for PR. I pulled first time and it started turned off and tried again and the cord came completely out!!

I looked around at many different kinds of generators before my purchase I just mine lots so in 30 days I will redo another one with updates and happiness of product

Unit will not now start, no matter how many times I pull starter rope. Only has about 30 hours on it. Good fuel and spark plug. Don't buy this unit , I am very disappointed!!

Purchased the Powermate PM2200i which is sold by Generac. Starts easy, very dependable, fuel efficient and quiet as far as a generator goes. My son took this generator with him on a camping trip and was very impressed. good value for the money.

Added gas for our 2nd use and it is now leaking gas through the feet all over my car! No fuel shut off to be found. It was NOT overfilled. Will be looking for a full refund!!

Probably 2 things are not so great. 1) noise. 2) load trips off on old trailer a/c unit. However it’s still okay for the uses I need. I don’t think any equivalent machine gets it done any better.
